Everything was great until I used the hotel's laundry service.
I lost a white shirt and a guy claiming to be the boss of the hotel told me that I had to negotiate/work with the laundry service myself, even though I gave my clothes to the hotel and returned them. That service fee is also paid to the hotel??? Unreasonably deny responsibility with an arrogant attitude.
The issue I'm upset about here isn't the loss of things, but the way that guy (boss) handled the problem. Bad

Good budget hotel. You need 10 mins walk to reach patong beach from hotel. Front desk service was good. They have a small swimming pool on rooftop.

I liked the hotel very much. I had booked for 1 night before. Then I extended my stay for another 2 nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 24/7 hot water, WiFi, food and drink available. The room was perfectly clean. Everything works flawlessly. Patong walking street is only 1 km away. If I fall on my way again, I would definitely like to stay again. Also the price is great as the performance. Would definitely recommend. You will definitely be satisfied 😉
