We stayed in room 224. Not a bad hotel, swimming pools for children are convenient. Breakfasts were disappointing, every day the same.

The concept is pretty, the facilities are clean and nice! The breakfast is delicious and I had a comfortable stay. I will use it again next time 💕

น่าผิดหวัง มาที่นี่เพราะว่าสระในรูปดูสวย แต่ของจริง ทั้งขุ่น ไม่สะอาด ตื้น จุดที่ลึก 1.2 เมตรมีน้อยมาก และเว้าแหว่ง ไม่เหมาะต่อการเล่นน้ำ ทำได้แค่ไปนั่งในน้ำ สระเด็กที่มีเครื่องเล่น ก็ไม่เปิดให้เล่น ไปแจ้งที่ฟร้อน พนง รับทราบ และเดินมาดูที่สระ แต่น่าจะเห็นคนเล่นแค่ 3 คน เลยไม่ยอมเปิดน้ำกลัวเปลืองไฟ สระว่ายน้ำไม่มีความเป็นส่วนตัว ทั้งคนที่จองแบบติดสระ และคนที่ไม่ได้จองแบบติดสระ แย่ทั้งคู่ เพราะทุกหลังห้องเป็นสระที่ติดๆๆๆๆๆกันไปหมด สระเล็ก สระแบบพลูวิวล่ายังจะดูดีกว่า ไร้ซึ่งความเป็นส่วนตัว ตู้เย็นในห้องก็มีน้ำไหลออกมาตลอด ห้องน้ำไม่มีที่วางของเลย ไม่มีที่แขวนผ้า ของตกแต่งเต็มไปหมด แต่ไม่มีประโยชน ใช้งานจริงไม่ได้ รดห้องไปหมด ห้องก็เล็กๆอยู่แล้ว ระบบทำความสะอาดห้องก็ไม่ดี ต้องแจ้งในแอพ แต่เคสผมแจ้งที่ฟร้อน แต่เหมือนไม่มีการประสานกัน ฟร้อนไม่แจ้งคนทำความสะอาด ฟร้อนนี่ก็หลายรอบมาก รับปากรับคำเฉยๆ แต่ไม่ทำตามที่รับปาก ไม่อยากใช้คำว่าห่วยนะ แต่มันแย่มากจริงๆ ห้องอาหารสกปรก เก้าอี้มีแต่เศษอาหาร พื้นมีเศษอาหาร จานสำหรับลูกค้า มีแต่น้ำเต็มไปหมด ไม่เช็ดทำความสะอาด ในห้องอาหารไม่มีการตรวจสอบคูปองอาหาร ใครจะเข้ามากินได้หมด โต๊กก็มีน้อยมากๆๆๆๆๆ ถ้าเทียบกับจำนวนห้อง ปวดหัวมาก จริงๆกะให้ 2 ดาว แต่ลดเหลือ 1 ดาวละกันน น่าผิดหวัง ไม่น่าย้ายมาที่ รร นี้เลย

I stayed for a week in a hotel in a room with access to the pool. Cleaning is poor, you have to wash the cups yourself before using them. The hotel is very small. The room, the pool and the place to have breakfast that's all. I missed cozy places in the open air, but it was not critical. Breakfast from early morning until 10 am. Always eggs in different preparations, vegetables for salad, sausages, bacon, some Thai food, tea, a coffee machine are available. There are pastries, but I liked only the classic croissant. The location is convenient for those who have their own transport or like to use taxis. You can see several beaches at once. Very close to 7/11, a pharmacy, a small fruit shop. You can always buy mango, pineapples, passion fruit and vegetables. I found several excellent cafes within walking distance of 7-20 minutes from the hotel. Very close to the hotel there is a yellow cafe. Very nice hostess, you can rent a bike from her. The room is small but cozy. I missed hooks in the bathroom and a place to dry wet clothes. There is also no knife, plates. If you want to eat fruit on the terrace in the evening, you need to buy disposable tableware. There are no sun loungers in the room with access to the pool. You can sunbathe on the common sun loungers, but there are 3 of them for everyone. Even rooms are always in the shade. Odd rooms face the east side, the sun is in the morning. The hotel itself is in a quiet place, quiet and birds are singing. It took 25 minutes to get to the beach. In the morning before 9 o'clock it is pleasant, and returning at 13 is quite difficult in the heat. This hotel is suitable for those who are going to travel a lot outside the hotel. For those who wanted to relax only in the hotel, it is not suitable. It takes 1-2 hours by taxi to get to the sights of the island. It is better to choose another hotel to explore the southern part of the island. And if you are interested in seeing the northern part. An excellent option.
