I really liked the hotel. The rooms are new, it is pleasant to be in them. The location is excellent. You can't hear street noise. The beach is 10 minutes walk away.

Nice big rooms with a great soft mattress!
They even checked us in early at 13:00, having written in advance on W. No deposit.
The bed is brown, jersey, normal. Of course, I would like white towels and pillowcases, not dark blue)
2-story hotel (without elevator) with a small number of rooms. There is a small pool.
The room has 1 umbrella, a refrigerator, 2 beach towels, a kettle, a balcony without a view, but it's good that it exists. 7000 rubles for 1 day without breakfast.
I couldn't find a Russian channel on TV. Good Wi-Fi.
The beach is really 150 meters away)

The hotel is very new, probably just renovated, very clean, with a big toilet. I live on the first floor, which is relatively more convenient. After dinner, I sit at the door of the room, which is very comfortable. Sometimes there is no one at the front desk (there seems to be WeChat, I personally prefer WhatsApp, so I added WhatsApp). Messages are replied within seconds, self-service check-out is very convenient, it's a very good one-night stay right after getting off the plane, and there is a restaurant just a few minutes' walk away.

Its a very nice room. Only wish there was more privacy although the windows are big. The big and modern bathtub was a plus!
