Очень хороший, современный отель. Приветливый персонал. Вкусные достойные завтраки. Немного огорчает , что вокруг стройки повсеместно и путь до пляжа не очень близко и удобно. Можно ходить насквозь через соседний отель Amora, но там охранник не всегда пускает.

I really liked the hotel itself. New, freshly renovated, clean. Everything is very convenient and thought out, you can contact the reception via what's up in Russian / English. The staff is responsive and friendly. The hotel has a Russian-speaking manager Ksenia, who will help with all your questions. The breakfast is standard European, there are Thai dishes. Everything is delicious. I also really liked the pool area, it was almost always empty. I really liked the spa: Finnish sauna and hammam, ice room. It takes 5-10 minutes to get to the beach through the NORA beach club. The hotel has a free shuttle to the beach and boat avenue in Bang Tao. Of course, you can't get there on foot. Of the obvious disadvantages: there is, of course, a construction site around the hotel.

Good hotel! I liked the wonderful robes with an eye mask. There is a balcony. Very beautiful design and interesting, convenient layout of the room. Everything is clean, new, it is pleasant to live! There is a transfer to the beach (600 m) and to the Avenue in the evening for a walk, to have dinner. On foot to the beach (600 m) only along the side of the road it is scary to walk. The transfer is not very convenient in terms of time, at 11.10 it leaves from the beach, somehow not enough for a swim in the morning, and at 12 or 12.30 there is nothing (and in the evening there is no transfer after sunset, only at 18.10, and this is early. Breakfast is wonderful, I also liked the music, it distracts from the noise of the construction) A huge thank you to the Russian-speaking Kit, only thanks to her I found out upon check-out that there is a SPA (6th floor) with a sauna and an ice room and managed to visit there). Entrance by card, there is a cooler, a sauna with a window. I liked the hotel. The only thing that bothered me was a pack of dogs that barked constantly. During the day, you couldn't really hear them because of the noise from the construction site, but at night it was awful ((. And the path to the beach is along the edge of the road, around some cemetery))

The hotel is about half an hour's drive from Phuket Airport and about half an hour's drive from Phuket Ancient Town. However, the hotel is located near small roads and is often congested, so the entry and exit time needs to be increased by at least 15 minutes, and transportation is inconvenient! The hotel is located near the beach, about 10 minutes walk! There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby! The hotel breakfast, although not much choice, is fresh and delicious, and can be eaten until 10:30 in the morning! The hotel swimming pool is very small and I haven’t played in it!
