The location is good. Patong Beach is across the road, but the service is basically non-existent. It is similar to domestic fast-food chain stores. The fitness and swimming pool are shared with the hotel next door.

Location was great, staff friendly and value for money for the 3 nights that we stayed. The hotel and room were clean. The street smelt quite bad in the mornings but went away pretty quickly. There's an exchange kiosk on the same road with good rates. Beds and pillows were hard.

I don't agree with the negative reviews I've read: this is a 3-star boutique hotel, well-finished and with a good quality-price ratio. Very central and 2 steps from the beach. Well-kept furnishings, although of questionable quality. Possibility of using all the services (especially the gym and swimming pool) of the adjacent Baan Laimai. It overlooks a quiet street because it is closed to traffic. Approved!

I like this hotel. It's my second time staying here. Location is great. room even though it didn't really have a window was good. My only moan is that our room was near the lift and it bloody ding dongs all night long I did mention it but we were only there for a couple of nights so not worth moving rooms any longer and I would have.

So So Self services Good for the price The improvements-thing its close to patong Also its the same location for bannliami Hotel. I think in the future it will be the same level for other hotels. Staff respectable , helpful They try to keep customers happy
