Amazing service as usual. But the only down side is that water in the shower was quite cold due to the recent extreme weather. Other than that, the staff were extremely helpful and offered us free diner for compensation. And I told them in advance it would be my anniversary with my girl friend and they prepared special treats for us. They are amazing people. Would love to come back again p

Really no complains at all about this place, only praise! The room and amenities are well-maintained and the staff here are exceptional as they were very attentive from start to end of the stay. Perfect for families with young children as they provide a well-equipped kids zone and their cot is also comfortable. Only a 5 minute walk down the hill to the beach

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was as advertised to be just a one-minute walk away from Karon Beach, and the staff took care of us extremely well throughout our stay. The room was spacious and cleaned well daily, and the two restaurants at the hotel served delicious food at arguably affordable prices for restaurant hotels. The pool was also clean and looked well-maintained. Highly recommended for anybody looking for a quieter place to chill and relax at!

This was the best place I stayed in Phuket!! The photos are a bit messy, but I'm so glad I stayed here for 2 nights :) The welcome tea and snacks were delicious, and although my room wasn't originally a sea view, they changed it for free because a spot opened up 💙 That made me feel so good. The pool is really big and deep, so it's really fun to swim in! It's so much fun!! There's a bar at the pool, so you can get cheap drinks during happy hour 🍹🍸 It's delicious, so I recommend you try it ~ Oh, and another great thing is that the sea is right in front, so it's a perfect sunset restaurant!!! I got a great photo 🥹🥰 But swimming is not recommended at this beach. I don't know if it's because it's the rainy season, but the waves were really rough. Also, the nearby businesses are well-run. There's a Starbucks, they sell Nutella Banana, there are a lot of restaurants, and there's a night market, so I had a really fun time there :) Oh, and I got a 20% discount with the coupon they gave me when I checked in, so I ate a delicious margarita and fried squid at Char'd restaurant. It was so delicious,, They even gave me bread before the meal! Oh, and the breakfast here is really delicious ㅠㅠ💗 The butter on the croissant was really heavenly,, Anyway, I highly recommend it!!!!!
The only thing that was disappointing was that there was a little smell from the air conditioner. Other than that, it was very clean and nice!! ㅎㅎ
