Despite all the negative reviews, we really liked it, cleaning every day, the air conditioner works, there is always water, the refrigerator, although old, freezes great, the room is quite large, a balcony, the hostess is a nice woman, she helps if you need anything, we will be happy to come again (one minus is no elevator, 4 floors) within a kilometer all the markets, cafes and shops

The emplacement is good! Near than the centre of patong in a 10min walk, 20min for the beach. The chinese host was friendly. The room was clean, bonus for the terrace! AC working perfectly. It worth the price for high season!

The room was not super clean but when you are not fussy for one night it is ok.
If you want to sleep in peace this is not the right hotel but this is true for almost all hotels in Patong.
Good for one night but no more.

Facilities: basically no facilities. The bathroom is so small that it is difficult to take a shower.
Environment: very bad. Very dirty. Except for the bed, which is not too dirty, everything else, including the cabinets and bedside tables, is extremely dirty. It is visibly dirty.

Some rooms are noisy in the evenings and mornings but they also have more quiet rooms. You get what you pay for. Good AC and shower, clean rooms.
