I can't understand why I paid 50,000 baht in advance on my credit card, but only got 21,000 baht back a week later. The bill I provided only showed 4,000 baht. Where did the 17,000 baht go? Or did they just deduct as much as they wanted?

Pros: heavy decoration, reasonable interior design; efficient staff; Cons: too few gym facilities, small swimming pool; beach quality is quite average.

It was my first time in Phuket, and the price during the Chinese New Year was indeed high. The hotel is far from the airport, about 1 hour and 20 minutes during the day. There was Chinese service at the front desk when I checked in (thank you Tingting for her service, very clear). A deposit is required for check-in, about 500 RMB per night. I booked a relatively basic room and stayed for 3 nights. The swimming pool in the room is really negligible. It is too small. I turned around... I had almost no experience. The swimming pool in the public area is just below the restaurant, 0 distance from the sea. The room facilities are OK, the bathing is separated into dry and wet, and the two sinks do not affect the use of two people. Welcome champagne 🍾 chilled, and there are cards. On the first night of the New Year's stay, there was a dessert mousse from Daju Dali 🍊, which was made to be real, and it was thoughtful. Breakfast is ordered from the menu, which is basically semi-self-service, and it is also to avoid waste. There are both Chinese and Western food, and it is very comfortable facing the sea. I also experienced the Thai restaurant in the evening shift. The environment and lighting are very good. Reservations are required, and the number of people will be appropriately controlled. The ingredients are very good. The papaya salad is sour and spicy and I like it very much, and the soup is also delicious. Phuket tourism is generally average, but the hotel impression is quite good.
