The room was super new and beautifully decorated. I could watch the fountain show from my window every day, and the fireworks at 9:25 PM were absolutely amazing! The area around the hotel is peaceful and pretty, which made the stay even more relaxing. There’s a kitchen, so you can cook your own meals, perfect for families with kids. Everything was clean and tidy. I’d love to come back again!

The place is what we wanted it to be during a short trip - walking distance from everything in Sunset Town. The great perk was the free rickets for two for the cable car. Although it's been not the case since the beginning of 2025, the hotel stayed true to its word and provided us with a great freebie. Plus, the staff was online at all times. Jerry was there to answer all the questions.

The receptionist named Hung was very enthusiastic in guiding and supporting late check-out, the room had a full view of the fireworks, I booked a Studio and they upgraded it to a 1-bedroom apartment with a top view and full amenities, the swimming pool on the 19th floor was super spacious and clean with a full view of the town of Hoang Hon. Will recommend to relatives and friends and will book to stay here if I return to Phu Quoc, the view from the bedroom, living room balcony and rooftop swimming pool!

The window of the hotel room is great 👍🏻 The front desk lady is warm and hospitable, contact vx for easy communication. In the sunset town, it is super close to the cable car station, and it is up the stairs! You can also see the fireworks scene at night 🎆 Super recommended ✌️

Great hotel! Cozy and stylish room with a view of the sea, sanset town and evening fireworks. Good choice of breakfasts (especially appreciated the European option!). Very helpful and friendly staff who are ready to help with all questions. I recommend everyone who comes to Phu Quoc and wants to visit sanset town to stay at this hotel💫

Bữa sáng miễn phí tại khách sạn cũng khá ngon miệng. Có cả món ăn truyền thống lần món quốc tế. View ở đây xem pháo hoa và nhạc nước rất tiện.

This was my first time visiting Phu Quoc Island, and from the very first step I took here, I was deeply impressed by its atmosphere. The place I stayed at offered excellent service — the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly passionate about hospitality. They were always ready to help throughout my stay. I stayed for two nights and felt that it was really worth it. The accommodation included two free tickets for the cable car ride and entry to Aquatopia Water Park. I also received free tickets to Kiss Bridge, which made the experience even more special. If I ever have the chance to return to Phu Quoc, I sincerely hope to stay here again. This place not only made my trip more convenient but also added so much joy and wonderful memories to my journey.

Great little hotel next to the cable car. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean, new and spacious. There is a kitchen area (without equipment and utensils). You can cut a salad if you have your own knife. Cons: no clothes dryer, after the beach there is nowhere to dry clothes and towels. Very very quiet. We had a good rest and slept well. Breakfasts to choose from: soup or baguette with filling, plus coffee. For those who like to eat a lot, it may not be enough. Definitely recommend

The hotel is located on a mountain, so it is far from everything, and you have to climb up the mountain on steps. The rooms are clean, have everything you need, but are small. There is no place to open your suitcase. I have breakfast in another cafe, they take you there by buggy, and back up the mountain on foot. For breakfast you can choose one dish from the menu, drinks are paid. The staff is friendly and tries to help. Check-in is quick. You can book tickets for the cable car with them

Pros: Overall, our stay at Roma Hotel was pleasant. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a makeup mirror. As a delightful gesture, the hotel waived the extra person charge for my youngest son, who had just celebrated his 6th birthday. The location of our room was ideal, offering a fantastic view of the nighttime firecracker show. From the balcony, we could also enjoy the breathtaking sight of the deep blue sea and the Hon Thom cable car. The breakfast spread offered a variety of choices, and the taste was satisfactory. Cons: Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding the free cable car tickets included in our booking. I had made the reservation last year when the promotion for complimentary tickets was active, meaning we were still eligible this year. However, upon our arrival at 4:30 PM, we were informed by the receptionist that the tickets could only be redeemed before 3:00 PM on the day of check-in. This meant we couldn’t claim the tickets for the next day and had to wait until March 17th instead. Since we had already planned and booked tickets for the safari on that day, this was quite upsetting. Despite having contacted the hotel multiple times via email about this issue, the policy was never mentioned. Thankfully, Ms. Quyen, the hotel supervisor, resolved the situation by personally covering the cost of complimentary tickets for us. We were incredibly grateful for her help and deeply appreciated her efforts to make things right.
