Arrived and left the hotel counter staff to help with luggage, the service is very good, the room is very spacious, very comfortable, the top floor can watch fireworks at night
I had a lovely stay at Coastal Living and would highly recommend it!
The hotel is well-equipped with amenities and located within walking distance to La Fiesta and several nice photo spots — very convenient for exploring.
A special highlight was the surprise birthday cake the hotel prepared for my 3-year-old toddler — such a thoughtful gesture that went the extra mile and made our celebration even more special.
We also appreciated the complimentary cable car ticket offered by the hotel — a great bonus to our trip!
Although we were unable to book a room with a fireworks view, we were pleasantly surprised to still catch the fireworks from our room — a lovely and unexpected treat.
Special thanks to the handsome and friendly receptionist, Thanh Tung, for the excellent service throughout our stay. Keep up the great work!
I love everything about this hotel, it has a lift which is convenient for us with lots of luggage, the room is amazing! We can enjoy the fireworks from our living hall window, the room is aesthetics with venice vibe.
They even provide buggy tour around sunset town with 10,000 vietnam dong per head with amazing photo shoot service from Phuc the buggy driver. I love my stay here and will definitely come here again.
Pros:
Overall, our stay at Roma Hotel was pleasant. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a makeup mirror. As a delightful gesture, the hotel waived the extra person charge for my youngest son, who had just celebrated his 6th birthday.
The location of our room was ideal, offering a fantastic view of the nighttime firecracker show. From the balcony, we could also enjoy the breathtaking sight of the deep blue sea and the Hon Thom cable car. The breakfast spread offered a variety of choices, and the taste was satisfactory.
Cons:
Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding the free cable car tickets included in our booking. I had made the reservation last year when the promotion for complimentary tickets was active, meaning we were still eligible this year. However, upon our arrival at 4:30 PM, we were informed by the receptionist that the tickets could only be redeemed before 3:00 PM on the day of check-in.
This meant we couldn’t claim the tickets for the next day and had to wait until March 17th instead. Since we had already planned and booked tickets for the safari on that day, this was quite upsetting. Despite having contacted the hotel multiple times via email about this issue, the policy was never mentioned.
Thankfully, Ms. Quyen, the hotel supervisor, resolved the situation by personally covering the cost of complimentary tickets for us. We were incredibly grateful for her help and deeply appreciated her efforts to make things right.
This newly opened homestay is located in the sun sunset town in Phu Quoc which is worth it!
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the cable car station, the kiss of sea show and the night market, which is very convenient.
The overall decoration style is novel and has no odor. The space is large and spacious enough, and it is not a problem to place a large piece of luggage. It is particularly worth mentioning that some rooms are also equipped with balconies to enjoy fireworks in the room. The bedding is clean and tidy, providing free toothbrush toothpaste towels and other necessities. Water and snacks are also provided for free every day. This service makes people feel warm and thoughtful.
I only stayed one night, but it was a very comfortable hotel. I arrived early, but they prepared a room for me right away. The atmosphere was family-like, and the staff were very friendly. The female staff at the front desk was particularly quick and helpful. The pool is at another hotel. The location is about a 5-minute walk from the cable car station, and you can watch the fireworks from the rooftop.
The room was clean since the hotel is still new. The shower had hot water, and the drainage worked well. I didn’t want the room to be cleaned, so I informed the front desk on the first day. However, the cleaning staff came at 10 a.m. the next morning, and I had to respond. I wish there had been a ‘Do Not Disturb’ card.
The cleaning only involved taking out the trash, giving bottled water and toilet paper, and occasionally changing the towels. On some days, the towels were just refolded instead of being replaced. The linens didn’t feel very clean either, so I wonder how things will be in a few years depending on the cleaning staff.
For now, it’s a reasonably priced and good hotel.
We came to relax right after the cable car, as we were with children. In the morning we left our luggage and went to the water park, in the evening we returned, the luggage had already been left in the room. They say that the fireworks are visible, but we decided to go closer and watched from the shore. The area is quiet, the houses nearby are empty. And in the hotel itself, few rooms were occupied. There is a washing machine, a microwave, all the necessary utensils. The only thing is that on the day of departure from early morning they started drilling something ((. There was a renovation on the first floor. And the air conditioner in the bedroom worked very poorly
This hotel is amazing. Clean, new, beach.
Very friendly hosts, help with any questions.
There is little infrastructure around, so few people - very cool. It is perfect for those who have a bike and can go to eat or have fun in the city. We really liked everything.
Everything was fine.
Not recommending breakfasts they are poor and not good quality. Coffee is disappointing in fact it’s an instant one. One girl on the reception doesn’t speak English or doesn’t want to help, as several times I used Google translator to Vietnamese and the girl always pretended that she didn’t understand.
The view from roof was amazing.
