Great location. Comfortable room. Breakfast was below average though. Swimming pool is also in an odd place (right in front of the hotel looking out into the street). Front desk is very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a great location at the 1 end of long Beach, within walking distance of both the town, night market and beach with various beach bars and restaurants.
It has a lovely swimming pool overlooking the sea with loungers to relax on. We found the breakfast and serving staff to be fantastic.
The hotel itself seems as if it was grand in its day, but is now showing signs of wear and lack of maintenance in some areas. We had mixed experience with service, the breakfast restaurant was great, but other service like the pool wasn't as great. There never were clean towels when we used the pool, just a pile of dirty ones, nor service. The reception staff were mostly friendly and helpful, but not all. Some could speak English, but there was a lack of understanding, which led to mis-communication when trying to get service.
We enjoyed our time at the hotel regardless and would recommend it.
The location is excellent and very convenient. It is suitable for those who like to visit the night market. You don't have to worry about the noise because it is right in the night market. It won't be noisy at night, and the smell in the elevator is bad.
I stayed at Maison Hotel Phu Quoc and really enjoyed the beach view and the rooftop café—both were fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, but I can only give the service 4/5. I reported a problem with the noise coming from the window when it’s closed, and while the front desk assured me someone would check it, that never happened. A similar issue occurred with the room cleaning service, I had to remind them to clean the room, but they forgot again. Overall, great location and amenities, but service needs improvement.
Really good hotel, the room is large, the bed and furniture are solid wood. The room has a refrigerator, TV, and you can cook outside the room. The bathroom is also oversized, and there is a large fully automatic washing machine. Although it is useless, it is really available. The room is in the yard, there are green plants in the yard, it is beautiful!
Lovely quiet place right in the middle of island which makes really easy to go to any part of island. Nice stuff which always happy to help you. And contact to the administration of hotel they will send you easiest and cheapest way to come to hotel from airport
Great location for night markets, boat trips, beach and sunsets
Small boutique hotel, not fancy, but clean
Lovely family couldn't have been any more helpful, can't thank them enough. 10/10 for friendliness and service
The hotel is quite small, but the family-style feels very good, with few people, so it is quiet and comfortable, that is, there is nothing around, and eating is a bit difficult. Also, there is no new towel change every day. I use it every day to dry and reuse it. It is really appropriate to ask for a towel every time.
It's okay if you think about cost performance. It's good if you don't expect much.
It is within walking distance to the night market.
Breakfast is um, the place to eat breakfast has a nice view

NNikita ChernovGood hotel for the money. Hotel on the 2nd line. The room is neat, comfortable, has everything you need. We were upgraded to a balcony for free, for which we thank the staff! The balcony offers a great view of the beach. Breakfast is very modest, the choice of dishes is limited, coffee is only local. The window in our room did not close tightly, so there was noise from the main road of the Long Beach area. If you sleep lightly, you should take earplugs.

FFather&MotherThe Deluxe River View Room (Room 432) was immaculately clean with premium amenities including a therapeutic mattress that genuinely improved sleep quality. Housekeeping deserves special commendation for their discreet efficiency, consistently refreshing the room while respecting privacy.
The hotel's infrastructure impressed with:
- State-of-the-art climate control system (quiet and responsive)
- High-pressure rainfall shower with instant hot water
- Complimentary high-speed WiFi (consistently 85+ Mbps)
Breakfast at the Terrace Restaurant offered an excellent balance of international and local cuisine. The made-to-order omelet station and fresh tropical fruit selection were particular highlights.
While the business center met basic needs, expansion of printing facilities would benefit corporate travelers. The 24/7 concierge team compensated admirably - their recommendation and reservation at the Michelin-starred Bistro Marée was the culinary highlight of my trip.
Location proved ideal: a 7-minute walk to financial district meetings yet blissfully quiet. Valet parking staff demonstrated particular care handling my rental vehicle.
This establishment masterfully balances luxury with functionality. I've already recommended it to colleagues and will certainly return. A benchmark for urban hospitality.
