I was stay there 4nights 5days, such a nice experiences and wonderful moments. Location was OK, not crowded the same as I expected. Just 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast OK for us (they serve a la carte). Staff very friendly and helpful. Especially Mrs. Yen, such a friendly person and helping me and my brother since the beginning until the end of my trip. Furthermore, she can find the private speedboat for my group to do snorkeling and fishing for full day with reasonable price. I’ve brought the fish that I caught for cooking which is coordinated by Mrs. Yen. Really amazing. I’d like to recommend this place if someone need to relax, quiet, peaceful and enjoy the nature. However, don’t worry if you need anything, just go to discuss with Mrs. Yen, she will find the best solution for you.

We left a similar (fine but…) review for this place on booking.com and they retroactively cancelled the booking to delete our review. The staff were friendly enough (though a bit odd, they tried to give one of our motorbike helmets to another guest even though we had rented our bike and helmets from another location). The cleaning was essentially non-existent - they changed the towels every day, but didn’t clean the bathroom, sheets or floors, replace our bath mat or face cloths for our entire 1-week stay. We had to take the broom off the cleaning cart to sweep our own room one day and only then did they get the message and actually sweep and mop our floor. When we arrived, I had to ask them to replace all of our pillow cases because every single one was filthy and while we were out the bum sprayer on the wall somehow broke and sprayed water all over our bathroom (they were very quick to fix the sprayer thankfully but never bothered mopping up the bathroom for the entire stay) The garden was actually quite beautiful and the location was decently close to restaurants.They’re a bit far from the beach if you’re lugging a toddler though. There was a bar area and restaurant that weren’t running which is unfortunate because that would have been a really lovely touch!

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable. The shower room is functional, toilet towels and the hygiene needs are provided. One of the best resorts I have ever stayed with. Perfect view that facing the sea with clean private beach. The swimming pool is one for the best one. We also like the high quality services provided by all the staff that always welcome us and make us feel home at Phu Quoc. We were celebrating birthday for our mother and the hotel provided us with decoration and cake which surprised my mother. One of the drawback is the hotel location doesn't have public transport. However, the grab is always available. Really recommended for those who are planning to relax and get away from all the stress.

I liked almost everything - good breakfasts, normal staff, clean (relatively) beach, not killed rooms, clean water pools, electric car to the beach. I didn't like - on the beach killed lying without mattresses, there are no mattresses, and on the lying at the pools. It's strange. Wir haben zuvor schon 6 Nächste ”in dieser Ecke” im Coco Palm verbracht und sind zum Ende für unsere letzten 6 Nächte zurück nach Ong Lang und haben uns für das Kingo entschieden. Es liegt nicht direkt am Strand (mehr zum Strand lest ihr in der Coco Palm Bewertung) aber es hat eine herrliche ruhige und versteckte Lage. Mit dem Roller gar kein Problem. Es gibt zwei Wege von denen man das Kingo anfahren kann. Wir empfehlen den Weg vom Elwood Resort aus, da es schneller, kürzer und auch die Straße besser ist. Es gibt kostenlose Fahrräder, einen Kostenlosen One-way Shuttel-Service von ODER zum Flughafen und einen kostenlosen Bobby-Car Service für die umliegenden 1-2 Kilometer. Das Frühstück ist lohnenswert und sehr entspannt. Leider auch hier nur bis 10 Uhr. Bei der Ankunft wurde wir in einen Private Garden Bungalow geführt, hatten jedoch einen Bungalow am Pool gebucht (diese sind einfach größer und nochmal hübscher in Bad und Zimmer--entsprechend zahlt man etwas mehr) -es wäre wohl nicht das erste mal gewesen das die Buchungsagentur das falsch übermittelt hat, wie wir erfahren haben. Es musste also erstmal geklärt werden.. ging am Ende aber gut aus. Wir haben nochmal 20 Min. gewartet und dann den ursprünglich gebuchten Bungalow bezogen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Bad auch schön groß mit Dusche und Wanne. Alles sehr sauber! Leider sind die Pool Bungalows Doppelhälften und EXTREM hellhörig. Wenn man sich mit den Türen von Bad und Bungalow keine Mühe gibt ( bzw auch die Nachbarn), dann sitzt man morgens direkt im Bett oder lauscht den Diskussionen der Nachbarn). Das ist aber auch schon das einzige was es auszusetzen gibt. Mir war die Matratze etwas zu hart (hatte mich die 5 Nächste zuvor im Lahana schon mit dem Brett von einem Bett gequält), weshalb es ab der 2. Nacht einen Topper gab... und schwupps, alles war super. Das Resort hatte nicht so viele aber oft wechselnde Gäste zu unserer Zeit, was natürlich sehr angenehm war! Der Poolbereich war ruhig, sehr gepflegt (wie die ganze Anlage) und lädt wirklich zum entspannen ein, wenn da nicht der Strand in der Nähe wäre :) -für unseren Abreisetag aber perfekt. Wir hätten trotz Leerstand die Hälfte vom Zimmerpreis zahlen müssen, wenn wir 3 Std länger drin bleiben wollten, weshalb wir das Gepäck an der Rezeption geparkt und im Gym abschließend geduscht haben (ach ja, der Fitnessraus ist ein Abstellraum und taugt nicht wirklich was... nutzt aber auch keiner). So lies es sich noch prima bis zum Abend aushalten, auch ohne Zimmer. Ein fehlendes Entgegenkommen was wir schon oft anders erlebt haben aber ok.. Business bleibt Business.. da ist man hier eben straight. Das Restaurant war uns zu teuer, da gibt es genügend in der Umgebung, auf die man ausweichen kann. Es sind viele kleine Leguane und Eidechsen, Geckos, Schmetterlinge, Schnecken und so weiter unterwegs. Es ist wirklich richtig schön und ruhig hier. I stayed in Phu Quoc Island for a total of 4 nights. This is the hotel I stayed in for the last two nights. It is in Mango Bay, which is about 10 kilometers away from the central night market. There is a free bus (green) on the island on the main road near the hotel entrance. There is a stop. I didn’t know it at first, but later I rented a motorcycle and drove myself and observed the green free bus on the island, which stopped on the main road near the hotel. Let's go back to the hotel: The room has an original ecological design, and there will be more bugs, but there is a mosquito net. Moreover, the staff will help hang the mosquito net in the room every day and light the mosquito coils. There will be no mosquitoes when I come back to sleep at night. The hammock at the door of the room is very comfortable. The hotel is located in a very quiet beach area, which is very beautiful. The hotel next door has an internet-famous infinity pool. The hotel has two areas. I live in the area on the left. There are restaurants in both areas where you can watch the sunset. The restaurant in this hotel is an excellent place to watch the sunset. It is an Internet celebrity restaurant, so you must make a reservation in advance! ! The breakfast is super great. Fruits, yogurt, bread, Vietnamese noodles, all the food are delicious. You must have breakfast. I usually sleep in and never eat breakfast in China, but when I came here, I got up every day to have breakfast. It was indeed delicious and enjoyable. The only thing worth mentioning is that there are two areas in the hotel. Among them, towards the restaurant on the right, there is a cemetery... but it is blocked by bushes and is some distance away from the path, but it can be seen. I live in the area on the left and am actually not affected at all. Just because I went to watch the sunset on the first day, the reserved restaurant was allocated on the right hand side. So, I saw it when I was passing by. Most of the hotel's guests are foreigners. I feel like they don't care much about these things and have no taboos.

Service was good but the maintenance of the room have got to be improved. There were stains on the windows of the shower area. Toilet bowl constantly has a flowing water sound throughout the night. I would prefer if theres a mini fridge for us to chill drinks/food, especially in the hot season! Breakfast was alright, I appreciate the live egg station as well as the pho. Bread was stale though. Other than those issues, bellboy service was really good and genuine. Exclusive beach was a plus with great views and accessories like hammock, swing etc. For the price, definitely worth an experience!

This was the most amazing holiday I have ever had. I stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every day in spite of visiting during the rainy season. From the moment of arrival Tram, the customer service manager, and his team ensured a warm welcome and a swift check in process in a relaxing environment with a welcome drink. All staff from the porters - we were welcomed by Bo who ensured to show us all aspects of our room and personally escorted us to the bar where we could get delicious food and cocktails - were professional and provided excellent customer service. The location is breath-taking - right on the beach with an infinity pool if you don't want to dip into the ocean. SUP and canoes are available for hire or you can just relax in the midst of the immaculate cultivated gardens or on the beach. Food and drink are available 24/7 with room service alongside a pool bar, separate bar with pool table and a dining restaurant with superb ocean views. Scooters and bicycles are also available for rent to explore the area but you can also walk easily to the main road and to a couple of local shops. The cocktails, fresh fruit juices and smoothies were superb with an amazing breakfast buffet which surpassed all expectations served in the tree top restaurant with a breathtaking view over the ocean and infinity pool. Pastries, freshly cooked Vietnamese omelettes, alongside noodles, cereal, toast, amazingly fresh fruit and Vietnamese coffee are all available in abundance. During the day there is a great selection at the pool bar or in the bar as well as the Ocean Restaurant in the evening for cocktail hour and an evening meal that has an open kitchen and is sited on a jetty with spectacular open ocean views. Everything was freshly cooked with a well thought out curated menu great options, including Pho, fresh steak, fresh fish, pizzas and pasta. The restaurant staff was extremely attentive and friendly - we were served by Khahn who was especially friendly and welcoming. Accommodation was jungle luxe with fabulous design, great attention to detail, excellent service and 100% tranquility surrounded by the jungle with all mod cons with direct access to a private beach. Highly recommended to relax and detox from the modern world. No need to leave the resort for the duration of your trip.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Camia resort during the last week of December. It exceeded our expectations and we loved the intimate feel of the resort. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and I would especially like to mention Nhi (Katty) at reception who is a real gem. She went out of her way to make us feel at home, give us advice and made my husband’s birthday special by organizing a small cake and for our bed to be beautifully decorated. They all made us feel like family and that is why we would love to stay there again should we ever return to Phu Quoc. If your budget allow it, I would highly recommend staying in an Ocean villa. It is not only spacious with a lovely view from the balcony, but the open air rain shower is so romantic. We also loved the infinity pool and to relax next to it during happy hour and watching the sky change from a deep orange to many shades of pink. The cocktails are delicious and the setting of the restaurant lovely overlooking the ocean. We did find the food at the restaurant being hit and miss and this is the only thing I feel need improvement. There are many restaurants in close proximity and I can recommend “On the Rocks”. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly, a few more western options would be nice. We were very impressed with the Christmas party hosted on Christmas eve. The decor was lovely and the food delicious. The gardens in the resort are so well kept with wild flowers and lots of green trees and plants. The use of the kayaks are for free, you just need to book in advance. I did not get to try out the spa but it’s located conveniently next to the pool. The complimentary transportation from the airport was also much appreciated. If in doubt where to stay, just book this little paradise. You will not be sorry !!!!
