Hotels in Ong Lang Beach, Phu Quoc Island

It is a quite lovely experience during my stay. The app of Mövenpick is very user friendly for any information or boardcast, like cruise. The message replied so efficient. Chocolate hour is so sweet activity at 3:30-4:30pm everyday. It would be perfect if providing water or drink during the chocolate hour. The resort provides lots of activities everyday which can join freely. It is pity that the swimming pool is maintenance until 2 Oct. The elements of Spa is a relaxed and quiet environment with jacuzzi and sauna. The room service is good taste and wait around 30 minutes. If you choose Vila to stay, the hotel provide the free buggy to pick up or drop off in the area of hotel. After check out, we can stay at MLounge for the rest and wait for the free shuttle bus to the airport at the appointed time. In my conclusion, my family and I enjoyed the 3 days in the Mövenpick Villa.

The beach, swimming pool, breakfast, and chocolate service at lunch were all very good! The staff were helpful and responsive through their app, although their English skills were limited, which sometimes caused delays in getting the correct service. We initially had an issue with our room choice, but the staff responded quickly and resolved it. The spa place is very spacious with sauna rooms and Jacuzzi. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes ranging from Eastern to Western options. One bad thing is we found a couple of dead cockroaches in the new room, but the cleaning staff came promptly to take care of them upon request. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

I’m a big fan of wood and greens, therefore everything in the hotel was just perfect for me. Amazed by the decorations and renovations how they managed to turn different giant trees into furniture at the reception and public area. The pool was also cutely designed in shapes with shadow possible, and you can see the ocean directly in front of you. Overall very happy was this stay and would recommend to every couple. We also tried out the massage which has paradise view! Just outside the hotel there were also plenty of dinning and massage options.

It was really great full for this resort. When i arrived at this resort that i knew booked wrong date to stay. Luckely, they solved our problem so easily and even they arranged more  expensive and sea view room. Also staff were so friendly and meal was tasty. Everything there was really great experience. By the spa was also really great and they had discount for ladies.  Definitely i advise you to stay at this resort. Everything was perfect. I like to thank again to the staffs.  Best of Luck🙂 Hally

The room that they assigned to us was wonderful! Walked a few stairs down and we had the beach and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the bed. A few cons were that we ordered for a bucket of ice and they charged us 50K vietnamese dong, we obviously thought it was free of charge so we were startled by this kind of service. Also, the staff had an attitude that they didn’t seem to talk or accommodate you, they seemed forced to be there and try to smile forcefully. It wasn’t a pleasant experience to ask for things or questions. When you pay for something like this you do expect everything to be top notch. The sunset restaurant’s menu had a 30% surcharge during Chinese New Year, and the fish and chips was literally fish fingers instead of a fried cod, so we were shocked. Also the location is quite a walk from other nearby restaurants, so if you want to get around, you have to rent a bike or call a grab.

Outdoor eating, super beautiful, good health environment, good service, very thoughtful ❤️❤️ We didn't use their app at first, but the service staff helped us call the car. Super patient 👍

The room was quite clean, and the breakfast was quite rich. The hotel was not very big but it was quite comfortable, but it was quite remote. You could only eat in the hotel, and you couldn't walk out to eat on the street. If you wanted to go out, you had to take a taxi or rent a motorcycle. Ask the front desk if they could help you rent one. Please note that the water in the hotel refrigerator is charged, but the hotel also has 2 bottles of free water in the bathroom every day. In addition, the hotel's massage service ends at 6 o'clock and there are very few seats. If you want a massage, remember to make an appointment in advance. We added the contact information at the front desk for easy communication.

This is our favourite resort! It’s our second time staying here and we are even more in love with it the staff than the first time! Kai and Diem are amazing receptionists and we consider them friends! Bao, senior server and the breakfast staff Minh and Nuong are always ready to help and waiting with smiles as are all the breakfast staff, sorry I don’t know all of their names. I got bad food poisoning in Hanoi and was very sick the first night we arrived but the staff was very helpful and concerned and helped us through it. They are all very genuine and special people. The resort is spotless and all the rooms are spotless. The cleaning ladies are the sweetest!! The grounds and pool are maintained all day everyday. The beds and bedding are super comfy. The air con is cold and the shower has good water pressure and is hot. Breakfast is super! So many options and all delicious. The most amazing baguette I’ve had in Vietnam and I am still dreaming about it! Many choices of Vietnamese, western and Asian foods. Good coffee and excellent fruit selection. You can rent motorbikes at the resort. There are many options of food close to the resort. There is really nothing I can say negative about Kingo Resort Retreat, I would like to keep the resort all to myself but the secret is out because it really is very good and very booked up especially during the holidays. Really a fantastic intimate resort. Quiet and private away from the busy city of Phu Quoc. We will be back, that is for sure!! 10/10!!!

We had an amazing time here. Hotel is just so beautiful your room is kept pristine while you stay. They replenish your drinking water daily put your mosquito net down on the bed each evening. Plenty of sun beds by the beach, gorgeous see to swim in The food for breakfast so so nice. We are in Resturant twice excellent menu Thanks for Stay in Mango Bay we will return 😃
