It is a quite lovely experience during my stay. The app of Mövenpick is very user friendly for any information or boardcast, like cruise. The message replied so efficient. Chocolate hour is so sweet activity at 3:30-4:30pm everyday. It would be perfect if providing water or drink during the chocolate hour. The resort provides lots of activities everyday which can join freely. It is pity that the swimming pool is maintenance until 2 Oct. The elements of Spa is a relaxed and quiet environment with jacuzzi and sauna. The room service is good taste and wait around 30 minutes. If you choose Vila to stay, the hotel provide the free buggy to pick up or drop off in the area of hotel. After check out, we can stay at MLounge for the rest and wait for the free shuttle bus to the airport at the appointed time. In my conclusion, my family and I enjoyed the 3 days in the Mövenpick Villa.

Absolutely amazing hotel! One of the best I have stayed. Excellent communication from hotel staff. Great shuttle service from airport to hotel, upon arrival staff were outstanding! Great reception staff and the manager was so helpful and kind. Porters were welcoming and assisted to the hotel room. I was so shocked when I entered the room at how beautiful the view was!! Room was huge and very clean! Definitely book a balcony sea view room! You will not be disappointed! The hotel has many things to do, relaxation by the beach and the happy hour is worth it! The breakfast has plenty of varieties including chocolate hour is so unique! Room service was prompt delivery and worth ordering with plenty of options to cater for families. This was the best resort to stay when visiting Phu Quoc! Definitely recommend! Will definitely return! Hotel deserves 5 stars!!!!

It was really great full for this resort. When i arrived at this resort that i knew booked wrong date to stay. Luckely, they solved our problem so easily and even they arranged more  expensive and sea view room. Also staff were so friendly and meal was tasty. Everything there was really great experience. By the spa was also really great and they had discount for ladies.  Definitely i advise you to stay at this resort. Everything was perfect. I like to thank again to the staffs.  Best of Luck🙂 Hally

A magnificent boutique hotel, brand new, very beautiful, with a lobby, pool, garden, and gazebo—everything is done with love and great taste. We stayed in a family bungalow—a spacious, two-story bungalow with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and very comfortable beds. The bungalow is located in a quiet corner of the garden. Special thanks to the polite and attentive host and staff. They gave our dad a very creative birthday greeting. The hotel is located in a forest between two busy tourist streets. The beach is a 5-minute walk along a path lined with palm trees. There is no private beach area, but you can rent a sun lounger for 100 dong at the hotel, which is located on the beachfront. We were very satisfied and wish the hotel prosperity.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get a taxi to attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed is large and the pillows are very comfortable. There are several restaurants right in front of the hotel. The beach is on the right side of the hotel, and there are free buses to Pearl Land, the zoo, and the Great World on the left side of the main road. There are many attractions here. I really want to stay a few more days.

According to local residents, it is one of the top three resorts in the Ong Lang area of ​​Phu Quoc. One of the best value accommodations! It is a place where you can enjoy quiet and calm healing. However, it is worth it even though you have to walk a little to each room in the resort. If you leave the air conditioner on all day, it will be cold at night. There is the convenience of the beach and the pool. However, I am a little curious about why the restaurant is divided into three places. The staff is the same, but they are divided into sunrise, sunny, and sunset. I understand that the scenery is different at different times, but I think it would be better if the pool and sunny next to the foot were also operated in the evening. In any case, even the security guards at the resort entrance are friendly and it is a pleasant place. If you are like me who wants value for money and freedom, Prepare drinks, beer, whiskey, etc. in advance and Order an ice bucket (30,000 VND) and put it in the refrigerator to keep eating. Conclusion! It's a great place where there are almost no Koreans and it's not crowded, but it's even more attractive. Especially! The fact that you can communicate with the reception via whats app is a great advantage! I've been to Phu Quoc for 4 years, and if I come back next year, I think I'll definitely come back here. I've gotten to know most places like they're my neighborhood, and the cost-effectiveness is good.

The room is nice, with a simple Southeast Asian style. The sea view room can see the sea view and swimming pool from the bed and the window sill. It is a very quiet place on the island, very suitable for rest and relaxation. If you want to avoid people who just go to take pictures, this is a good choice. The natural scenery is good, and all other aspects are proportional to the price paid, which is very good.

Great value for money! The bed was big enough for a family of four, and the room was spacious. The bathroom was a bit of a novelty, but my family isn't picky about anything other than hygiene, so we were completely satisfied👍🏻 Walk out to the road, cross the crosswalk, and walk a little to the right to find a fruit stand. I bought 2kg of mangoes and a whole watermelon every morning on my morning walk, stored them in the fridge, and enjoyed them after my Vinpearl Safari visit. Since it was off-season, most of the restaurants nearby were closed. As soon as you exit the hotel's main entrance, walk to the left for about 5 minutes to find the Tree House. It was clean and had a great atmosphere, so we had coffee and a meal there. The owner was surprised we came during the rainy season. I imagine it would be incredibly crowded during the dry season. It's friendly and comfortable, so I highly recommend it👍🏻👍🏻

The room that they assigned to us was wonderful! Walked a few stairs down and we had the beach and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the bed. A few cons were that we ordered for a bucket of ice and they charged us 50K vietnamese dong, we obviously thought it was free of charge so we were startled by this kind of service. Also, the staff had an attitude that they didn’t seem to talk or accommodate you, they seemed forced to be there and try to smile forcefully. It wasn’t a pleasant experience to ask for things or questions. When you pay for something like this you do expect everything to be top notch. The sunset restaurant’s menu had a 30% surcharge during Chinese New Year, and the fish and chips was literally fish fingers instead of a fried cod, so we were shocked. Also the location is quite a walk from other nearby restaurants, so if you want to get around, you have to rent a bike or call a grab.

This small hotel originally gave me the impression that there was no spacious and bright room, the garden was not very big, the sea was very big because of the rainy season, but the service staff was very nice at the time of check-in, patiently helping us to adjust the room, try to satisfy me slightly Demanding requirements. We stayed for three nights, and the small lady at the front desk helped us rent a car for one day. When we came back to refuel at night, we added 100,000 rupiah of oil due to the calculation error. The car owner did not give back the money. Finally, the little girl at the front desk said, forget it. Forget it, let me retreat, ignore them! Great praise! On the last day of our evening flight, the hotel took the initiative to let us delay until three o'clock check-out, and after check-out, let us sit at the beach bar and pick up the car to pick us up. In short, the hotel service is very attentive. There is no need to ask for too much meals, but the drinks are very rich and the price is not expensive. Many foreigners bring their children to the beach for a day, surfing, playing in the water, sunbathing, so it is very suitable for couples, parents and children to live. Hotel privacy is very good, a few hundred meters around the restaurant with a lot of local cuisine, very convenient. In short, a good experience!
