The villa is new and not far from the white sand beach and Sunset Town. You can rent a motorcycle to get around. Amie, the housekeeper, is super nice. She helps rent motorcycles and helps us find taxis when we go to far away places. The price is cheaper than taxi-hailing apps hahaha. She even helps us buy raincoats when it rains. The villa is very suitable for friends or big families to travel. I will come again next time if I have the opportunity! !

First time staying at La Festa, it was very comfortable and convenient. The front desk staff was warm and courteous, with high efficiency in handling tasks, quickly and effectively resolving the issues I raised. The hotel was also very clean, the breakfast offered a variety of foods, and the staff were proactive and polite. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall, it is a nice resort. Big swimming pool with nice beach. However, there are a lot of rubbish when you swim on the beach. I am staying at a 2 bedroom apartment with seaview. The room is big, clean, and comfortable, but one of the bathroom locks was broken. The staff came and temporarily fixed it, but the next day, the lock was broken again and back locked again. It is a big rush as we need to catch the flight in the early morning. After 30 mins waiting, the staff came with the key.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights during Christmas, and our experience at this family-friendly resort was disappointing. There were not enough beach chairs by the beach and pool—only about 40 available. In such a large resort, it's surprising to encounter this issue. Many guests occupied the chairs early in the morning and then left, indicating poor communication and management. Additionally, there was a chronic shortage of towels by the pool, and the staff by the beach and pool failed to coordinate effectively. We were told to sit on the ground while chairs that had been reserved for over five hours remained unoccupied, which was very disappointing. There were only 1 or 2 staff members responsible for the beach and lifeguarding, and the kayak rental service was disorganized due to insufficient staffing and lack of proper arrangements. Overall, this 5-star family resort did not meet our expectations, and we will not choose to stay here again.

My overall impression about the hotel is downgraded because of the incident when I checked out. The hotel staff knew that I am a Bonvoy member, telling me that there’s 10% discounts for food in restaurants of the hotel. Then he recommended me to buy a dining package which pays 5,000.000 vnd for 5,500.000. When I asked why there’s no discount for food during checkout, they told me that discount cannot be used together with the package. I queried why they recommended me to buy such package and the hotel said such package is recommended for non member. It’s confusing and disappointing.

Located at the southernmost tip of Phu Quoc Island, you will need to spend a lot of time to explore other destinations. I think it would be okay if you only travel to the southern part of Phu Quoc Island. Because the resort is large, having to wait to get on the buggy was a bit inconvenient. (It is an unavoidable part.) My child hurt his leg because the entrance to the swimming pool included in the villa was not clearly visible. It would be nice if something could be done to ensure that the stairs are clearly distinguished. The beach and sunset view from the pool was very nice.

Excellent, new apartments. Clean, comfortable, convenient location. The staff speaks only Vietnamese, some managers speak English. Everything we needed was brought to us on the same day by these guys. Amazing shows every day and fireworks watched from the balcony, very cool for children, amazing fireworks! Pool on the roof with beautiful views. Around the apartments there is a city with picturesque streets, monuments, sculptures, stairs, gardens, in the Venetian style, there are even escalators. Walk around the city, ride a tuk-tuk or a free double-decker bus to Khem beach, there are a lot of beautiful places and photo locations. Very comfortable bed, pillows!

The sea view allows you to watch the fireworks show for free. The room is equipped with cooking equipment and a washing machine. If it is the last few days of your trip, you can come here to pack your luggage. There is a convenience store and a place to rent motorcycles not far downstairs. Everything is so convenient. It is a good place for self-guided travel.

The room is new, spacious and fully equipped. We love the view from the hotel, we can see the firework in the room. Rosie and Ana are lovely and really helpful. They gave us good advices of places to visit and helped us to rent the motorbike when everywhere was sold out! They are the best people we met in this trip. Highly recommended considering the price!
