The weather was great on this trip to Phu Quoc Island, and the scenery was beautiful. I happened to be able to see the fireworks show from the hotel I stayed in, which was the best angle to see it. The front desk staff, Saint, could speak Chinese, and his service attitude was very good and patient. He helped us introduce the scenery.
Solea Hotel is a nice, new place and just walking distance to the cable car and Kiss Bridge. Can also rent a motorbike which was super convenient. Only downside was my airport transfer didn’t show up even though I paid, so I had to grab a car last minute. Luckily, the staff apologized, explained it was a miscommunication, and refunded me through a Trip.com gift card. Mistakes happen, but I appreciate how they handled it. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would still recommend this hotel!
It’s was best choice to stay at Venice hotel coz we get to see fireworks every night from the hotel window! It’s got a shuttle service to the night market to and fro. Service was fantastic by the hotel staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the shuttle. Definitely will come here!

The hotel is new, conveniently located to the beach (3 minutes), the room has water, a kettle, coffee bags and mugs. Mini bar is paid. The only thing I didn't like was that my room had a window, but it overlooked a blank wall 30 cm from the window. Breakfast is in a cafe on the other side of the building, they give you a coupon at the reception. The breakfast is modest, but you can live. Of the fruits, there was dragon fruit and watermelon. What does not apply to the hotel - the area is new, there are many empty rooms, in the evening like a dead city, very few cafes and shops. Prices, accordingly, for everything are higher than on Long Beach. Fruits are sold only in the store, the price for them is 3 times higher. In the evening, there is nothing to do in terms of entertainment, movement. The beach is beautiful and the sea seems more transparent and clean, but the entrance is like in Anapa. All sun loungers are paid and cost a lot and what I didn't like in early March - a strong wind was constantly blowing, there were waves, although at the same time the sea on Long Beach is calm.
This hotel is amazing. Clean, new, beach.
Very friendly hosts, help with any questions.
There is little infrastructure around, so few people - very cool. It is perfect for those who have a bike and can go to eat or have fun in the city. We really liked everything.
A beautiful and peaceful part of Luna Azure Hillside Phu Quoc
The place really feels like a European town by the sea—with colorful buildings, wide streets, and creative architecture. It’s super photogenic and calm, not crowded at all when I went.
The best time to visit is in the late afternoon or early evening. I was lucky to catch the sunset on my second visit, and it was magical. They say you can see 3 shades in the sunset here, and it’s true if the sky is clear.
At night, they sometimes have fireworks and light shows around the cable car station. So if you’re staying nearby, you can enjoy all of that just by walking out of your hotel.
Tips for travelers:
– Come in the afternoon for golden hour and stay until sunset.
– Wear comfortable shoes—the area has a lot of stairs and hilly paths.
– Great for photos, peaceful walks, and relaxing away from busy areas.
– You can rent a motorbike to get here easily.
The receptionist was so helpful. We ordered 3 room and got the 4 free ticket for Hon Thom island. Its really worthy price for breakfast included room and free ticket. Breakfast was in other small restaurant but it was nearby. They drove us. Hotel was in good location near to night market of sunset town. You can exchange and rent a bike from this hotel. Next day we visited to the Hon thom island
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The food was delicious, with lots of options to choose from, and the rooftop were perfect for relaxing and night sightseeing . Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Outstanding
MMimi yyThe room was very clean, the host was very welcoming, the view was great, and all the facilities were new. It was excellent value for money.
MMariapopova06We came to relax right after the cable car, as we were with children. In the morning we left our luggage and went to the water park, in the evening we returned, the luggage had already been left in the room. They say that the fireworks are visible, but we decided to go closer and watched from the shore. The area is quiet, the houses nearby are empty. And in the hotel itself, few rooms were occupied. There is a washing machine, a microwave, all the necessary utensils. The only thing is that on the day of departure from early morning they started drilling something ((. There was a renovation on the first floor. And the air conditioner in the bedroom worked very poorly
GGuest UserThe hotel is located somewhere in 5-7 minutes walk from the supermarket Select. Well, that is at the very end of the embankment. To HON Thom from the hotel go minutes 20-25.
I'm well arranged. It's quiet here, lots of cheap coffee shops good
Service is good. Not liked that the key from the safe is given, it can be easily lost, more convenient code locks
GGuest UserI loved everything, a very comfortable stay. I thank Felix for his support and help, I highly recommend him – you won't regret it. It's a very beautiful city, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Everything is within walking distance. I'll definitely be back!
GGuest UserIts reputation as the world's most beautiful is truly well-deserved.
1. The hotel service is simply impeccable, attending to every little detail. From the moment we checked in, the friendly front desk staff thoroughly explained all the hotel's activities, important information, and the locations of every restaurant and bar. We were personally escorted to our room, where they gave another detailed briefing on amenities and facilities. If we needed a buggy, a quick call to the front desk would have one at our doorstep within two minutes.
2. The hotel's amenities and facilities are excellent. The room was incredibly spacious with impressively high ceilings. Our balcony offered direct views of the beach, and even the bathroom was stunningly beautiful. The sand on the beach is wonderfully fine, and the waves are incredibly gentle, making it perfectly safe and enjoyable for kids to play in the sea.
3. Regarding the dining experience, breakfast was absolutely delicious with an unbelievable array of choices. The restaurant manager would also enthusiastically come by to chat. I stayed in Building 4, and I have to say, the Mexican restaurant downstairs didn't quite hit the mark for my taste. In the evening, I tried a signature cocktail at their Chemistry bar, and the flavor was a bit... underwhelming, to be honest, hahaha.
4. Overall, if I ever return to Phu Quoc, the sole reason would be to once again experience this 'world's most beautiful Marriott'!
EElenaYuThis is the second hotel in Sunset Town to sell unavailable rooms. I booked a room at the hotel, came to check-in, but was told that the room I had chosen was not available. Thank you for offering us a room in another hotel. I liked the hotel where I was checked in, it was clean, comfortable, beautiful view of the sea, but it was a little further from the embankment.
GGuest UserI highly recommend this place! Our room in 'The Sea' building was fantastic. Located on the 7th floor, it offered a stunning sea view, including the Kiss Bridge, and we even got to watch fireworks at night. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the room was – it had a kitchenette, a microwave, and a washing machine. Plus, there's a rooftop swimming pool. The service was excellent too. Just a heads-up: the check-in desk and breakfast area are in separate locations. Overall, a perfect 10/10! 🩷
SStevan AntonijevicCan’t give 5 to this one. It was okay, but…
I can name a good stuff first. - Very cheap price per night. It is very clean I must say. The stuff is really polite and they speak English. Breakfast was okay. It is a quiet place to be, no noise at all. The beach next to the hotel is best ever. Beautiful, clean and not so crowded beach. Whole area is very clean and safe.
But there are a lot of small stuff that are not good. Most important thing: the market, massage place and a restaurant in the same Paralia building are overpriced. They charge double and even triple price for some stuff. If you go to other beach, or to Phu Quoc town, you can see the normal prices. Renting a bike is 150k for one day. But if you go to the main street of island, you can rent it for 60-80k. Room was very very small, two beds and a small passage between. Soap and shower gels are tiny, you can literally use it for once or twice and it is gone. Telephone is not working. They will give you the towels for the beach, but those towels are totally torn apart and full of stains. Hotel is placed in the new made “European city” which is totally empty. Nothing around it. There are 50 buildings there, but only 10 of those are active.
All in all, if you like a quiet place, not crowded, you can check this hotel and this part of the island. But if you stay a couple of days on the island and explore everything else. You can see there is a better offer around.
GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from the beach, cafes and supermarkets are nearby. The room is clean, the towels are snow-white. One but, or rather 2: the window faces the wall and there are no closets, there are only open shelves with hangers. We only booked for one night, so it is not scary, if for a long time, then it is not very convenient. Thanks to the staff, everyone is responsive.
GGuest UserPros:
Overall, our stay at Roma Hotel was pleasant. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a makeup mirror. As a delightful gesture, the hotel waived the extra person charge for my youngest son, who had just celebrated his 6th birthday.
The location of our room was ideal, offering a fantastic view of the nighttime firecracker show. From the balcony, we could also enjoy the breathtaking sight of the deep blue sea and the Hon Thom cable car. The breakfast spread offered a variety of choices, and the taste was satisfactory.
Cons:
Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding the free cable car tickets included in our booking. I had made the reservation last year when the promotion for complimentary tickets was active, meaning we were still eligible this year. However, upon our arrival at 4:30 PM, we were informed by the receptionist that the tickets could only be redeemed before 3:00 PM on the day of check-in.
This meant we couldn’t claim the tickets for the next day and had to wait until March 17th instead. Since we had already planned and booked tickets for the safari on that day, this was quite upsetting. Despite having contacted the hotel multiple times via email about this issue, the policy was never mentioned.
Thankfully, Ms. Quyen, the hotel supervisor, resolved the situation by personally covering the cost of complimentary tickets for us. We were incredibly grateful for her help and deeply appreciated her efforts to make things right.
