Overall, this hotel is good! Pros: - peace and quite, nice hotel environment for relaxation. - Pleasant staff, even when we check out, a staff comes to our room door to help us grab our baggage to the reception counter. - Spacious room, toilet and bath room (both shower and bath tube available). - 2-king sized beds, great! - Free airport transfer, better email the hotel directly to make your request at least one day in advance. - It’s a small scaled resort, but reasonable varieties of choices in breakfast. - Free minimal water for refill. - Welcome drink and fruit at room - free bike rental Cons: - the resort is located in a very remote area, like inside a village. Many taxi drivers not sure the location, so many times they lose their ways to the hotel. - Actually, not recommend for 1-2 girls to book this hotel, its remoteness is really a big concern, both day time and night time! - I feel scared in the toilet and shower area, because they install something like mosquito net only in window areas. That means I can see through outside, vice versa. I wonder I may see some eyes starring at me when I shower at night…. Scary! - Their hot water tap takes over 15 mins for heating, wasting lot of water to wait for shower… - Eco-friendly hotel, they provide plastic reusable sandals, so better bring your own sandals if needed

I was very disappointed by my stay, unexpected much better service from Movenpick. The worst part is that the hotel is located near something that looks like a factory or maybe a recycling plant, and there is constant smog on the territory. We literally had to escape the resort everyday to breathe normal air in the other parts of the island. The food choice was also disappointing, no seafood like you'd expect to have on the island. But the hotel and beach are very clean. The housekeeping department really do the job well.

The hotel offers free breakfast and chocolate hour (3:30-4:30pm). The breakfast has a great selection of local and international food. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. We stayed 2 nights at direct pool access room with a small nice garden. It is a big resort, they have a free buggy service to travel between the buildings. It is walkable distance about 10 mins walk to the main building and the beach. The hotel is located at the north of the island. While the location may seem a bit far, but it’s centrally located on the island, making it easy to explore. They have free shuttle service back and forth to the airport every 2 hours. The hotel doesn’t have any scooter for rent, no scooter shop near by, so we took a free buggy to the main gate and took a free vinbus to Grand World (15 mins to Grand World), and also we booked hotel pay shuttle bus to the night market (20 mins to night market), 6pm pick up from the hotel and 9:20pm to return to the hotel. There is one mini mart and a nice coffee and massage shop right next to the main gate, you can take the free buggy to the main gate, the vinbus stop just next to the main gate. The vinbus service is free in Phu Quoc Island. There is a big supermarket Z Mart just one bus stop away from the hotel. Everything was fine and nice, we would definitely return. loved their property with all trees and flowers + cute pool and beach in front, wooden house and stone bath tub. but the service was kinda slow. There was a long wait at the reception to get response from them when I had trouble and complain about it. communication did not go smoothly, many local staff don’t speak english, plus food does not tasty at all include breakfast and hotel restaurant for the dinner. not many option for vegetarian. prepare repellent at night, if you wanna sit at the terrace or open area at the restaurant.

Wonderful, a dream vacation, great service, clean, safe, the hotel staff is wonderful, the restaurant is excellent, the view and design of the hotel combine wonderfully, and overall, a vacation in Phu Quoc is a real experience. We enjoyed it and recommend it to everyone.

The room that they assigned to us was wonderful! Walked a few stairs down and we had the beach and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the bed. A few cons were that we ordered for a bucket of ice and they charged us 50K vietnamese dong, we obviously thought it was free of charge so we were startled by this kind of service. Also, the staff had an attitude that they didn’t seem to talk or accommodate you, they seemed forced to be there and try to smile forcefully. It wasn’t a pleasant experience to ask for things or questions. When you pay for something like this you do expect everything to be top notch. The sunset restaurant’s menu had a 30% surcharge during Chinese New Year, and the fish and chips was literally fish fingers instead of a fried cod, so we were shocked. Also the location is quite a walk from other nearby restaurants, so if you want to get around, you have to rent a bike or call a grab.

Cottage Village Phu Quoc is a charming and cozy resort nestled in a quiet corner of the island. The bungalows are well-maintained and offer a comfortable stay with all the necessary amenities. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery and has a tranquil atmosphere that allows for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The staff at Cottage Village Phu Quoc are friendly and accommodating, and they go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay for their guests. The resort also has a lovely pool area. Overall, if you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay on Phu Quoc island, Cottage Village Phu Quoc is a great option.

The electromagnetic waves from the phone are very loud I told the service staff that they helped me unplug it before I could sleep. There are two sinks in the bathroom which are pretty good But when I put water in the bathtub, a pile of sand came out, so I didn’t dare to use it. The swimming pool here is great and the view is great🔥 About 30-40 minutes drive from the airport Stayed here for the last night before leaving Phu Quoc Island. (2024/02/21-22)

We had an amazing time here. Hotel is just so beautiful your room is kept pristine while you stay. They replenish your drinking water daily put your mosquito net down on the bed each evening. Plenty of sun beds by the beach, gorgeous see to swim in The food for breakfast so so nice. We are in Resturant twice excellent menu Thanks for Stay in Mango Bay we will return 😃

Stayed for 8 days. Liked the hotel. Good breakfasts. 10 minutes walk to the beach. The room is spacious. The bed is clean. The mattress is soft. There are many cafes with reasonable prices nearby. Free buses stop nearby. There is a swimming pool. There was no hot water.
