Great location, great breakfasts (buffet), view of the sea, which is nearby. Great staff, responsive and friendly. Hot water (not everywhere in Phu Quoc has it), good pressure in the shower, comfortable mattress. The only minus - the shower leaked.

It's really surprising this hotel is still accepting guests, it's super old and falling apart. It must be closed for renovation!!! It's really not worth the money they charge.
1) Really bad smell in the room, sewage smell in the bathroom
2) The first room had like dozens and dozens mosquitos
3) The door in the room is transparent so at night it's never dark in your room because of the light from the corridor
4) The blankets have no cover:(
5) The tablecloths in the canteen are old and all in holes
6) Not enough lounge chairs at the beach.
The only good thing is the beach there

Hawaii has been updated, the platforms on the beaches have been removed and it now looks like a beach, there are sun loungers, the location is good, the bungalows have been partially updated on the first and second lines, the breakfast on the beach is standard.
