Excellent cozy hotel with friendly staff.

The location is really bad.
In a location where taxi fares are very expensive. I thought it was close to the sea, but not at all. The facilities are just okay, but there are some mosquito flies.

We toured this facility to see if it was a good option. I see the reviews are dated....they are not accurate. The place was not well maintained the garden grounds very ill maintained dead leaves all over. The room was dismal for the 1,000,000 VND quote and noticed on Booking the asking price was almost half that. The air conditioner and fire alarm system seemed new. Allot of lumber on the grounds and weird vibe. Great location by the beach but we passed on the stay lucky we did not count on the dated reviews here. It's worth perhaps $30 a night tops..
