I called twice the day before after booking the hotel, and when I didn't get a call, I took a taxi to the hotel the next day, but it wasn't an abandoned house, and there was a silver lock tightly wrapped around the iron door. I called the hotel in the taxi with my two children for about 30 minutes, but they didn't answer, and they didn't give me a refund because I didn't have a traditional Korean painting for a day, and they didn't give me a day's accommodation fee!
So I booked somewhere else right away and went. This is the first time I've been to a place like this while traveling, and
the service was bad, and I couldn't see the resort, and it was the worst.
I went on an 8-night, 9-day trip to Phu Quoc, and because of this place, I felt bad on the last day.
I think Trip.com's solution is also incompetent. They said that the customer should do it,

Local staff were all friendly and accommodating, big thanks to Cuong, the owner, for helping with translating and making our time there as chilled as possible. Bungalow was super comfy and clean with a really cool outside shower and toilet. Nice to have a pool on site as well for early morning dips and to cool off after lying in the sun. Within walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants, would suggest getting a moped, which the staff are more than happy to arrange, to explore the whole island. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to escape the madness of town and wanting some peace and quiet. Thank you

The resort is located in the center so it is very convenient to move to entertainment locations. The space is airy, clean, the room is new and fully equipped. Friendly staff, enthusiastic customer support. The resort is only about 200m from the sea, only about 10 minutes from the airport. Very satisfied with the Resort. Very worth experiencing ❤️
