Отель в целом понравился, очень удобно что отвозят везде и бесплатно. Немного подкачал трансфер с аэропорта. Завтраки хорошие.

Let's start with the cons - We were checked into a room with dust on the fan (which is on the ceiling, the dust is as thick as a finger) - they cleaned the dust, apologized, and brought a plate of fruit as a gift. It was impossible to fill the bathroom with water, the plug was not airtight, the water flowed out immediately. We were kicked out of the beach at 18:00, and from the pool at 19:00. There is nowhere to eat near the hotel, no cafes or restaurants. On the plus side - the beach is clean, the water is clear. The pool is gigantic. We were there in May, there were almost no people. There is a free bus from the hotel to Grandworld (you can walk and eat there), Safari Park and Winworld. The hotel offers a 10% discount on Safari and Winworld. The breakfasts are good.

시설이나 청결 그리고 직원들의 친절함은 푸꾸옥에서 최고입니다. 항상 밝게 인사해주고 서비스도 좋아요. 수영장은 제가 지금까지 이용한 리조트중 가장크고 좋았어요. 단지 풀빌라수영장은 관리가 조금더 필요한 느낌? 그랜드월드는 셔틀로 나갈수있어서 펀했고 풀빌라까지는 버기는 무료로이용해서 좋아요. 다음에 푸꾸옥에 오면 다시이용할예정입니다. 풀빌라숙소는 너무 크고 조용해서 가족단위로 오면 100%만족하실겁니다. 방3개 방안에 화장실 샤워장 모두좋아요.그리고 1층에거실화장실까지 대가족이와도 아침에 화장실문제로 신경전할필요없네요. 북부는 빈펄리조트 최고!

服務太好了

No one bothered to clear plates or pour water for guests at the dinner buffet. No bath bombs for guests. The sea was quite clean. But there were few waves and winds.
