First-class service quality, every employee has a good smile good attitude and responsive, clean and comfortable environment, although the lobby air conditioning is relatively small but acceptable. The food in the restaurant is quite good, the buffet breakfast options are very large and the quality is good, just not much change every day. Overall, it really felt like a vacation, relaxation and home away from home. I will definitely book this hotel again next time I come to Phu Quoc Island!

- As someone who checked out of Ocean Bay and checked into InterContinental, I can only say that traditional 5-star hotels are too good. Apart from the waiting time for check-in and flies at the window seats at Sea Shack, I can't find any other disadvantages of InterContinental.
- InterContinental is really underestimated. Everyone goes to the Regent next door to take photos and check in, but in fact InterContinental also has many photo spots suitable for Chinese babies. The hammocks and tents on the beach and the herb garden give you a full holiday feeling.
