The hotel is beautiful and large, with good service. The swimming pool should be available for small children as well. There is only a pool for older children. But overall it's good. Breakfast is ok.

Avoid this hotel. The pictures hid the true state of the rooms, they are old, dusty, and poorly kept. The air conditioning did not work very well, and the beds were some of the worst we’ve ever slept on. There is not much around the hotel, you’ll need a car. The hotel seems to make most of its money from tourists and groups traveling through for single nights, that’s probably why there is clearly no investment in quality rooms. We left the hotel early because of the state of the bed and room and they would not refund or work with us. The only decent part was breakfast. Might as well have stayed in a cheap hostel and gotten the same experience.

โรงแรมกลางเมืองแพร่ ขนาดกลางๆ ไม่เล็ก ไม่ใหญ่ สามารถใช้สิทธิเราเที่ยวด้วยกันได้ ห้องตกแต่งสไตล์เหนือครับ ผมพักห้อง Victoria Suite และ Empire Suite ห้องใหญ่มากครับ มีห้องนั่งเล่นแยกกับห้องนอน ข้อเสียคือไม่มีทีวีในห้องนอน มีแต่ในห้องนั่งเล่น ประตูห้องน้ำก็แปลกๆ ปิดไม่สนิท มากับเพื่อนอาจจะเขินๆหน่อยครับ ส่วนมินิบาร์กินได้หมดเลย ยกเว้นแอลกอฮอล์ สระว่ายน้ำตอนผมไปคือน้ำขุ่นมาก ไม่มีคนเล่นแน่นอน, ส่วนอาหารเช้าเฉยๆครับ ไม่เยอะ รสชาติกลางๆ โดยรวมถือว่าห้องใหญ่ ราคาไม่แพงครับผม

Uns wurde das Hotel als zentral gelegen verkauft. Das stimmt so nicht. Auf de ersten Blick wirkt das Hotel mondän und grossartig. Bei genauerem hinsehen merkt man, dass das Hotel seine Glanzzeit hinter sich hat. Ausser an der Rezeption ist kaum Personal anzutreffen. In der Umgebung ist weit und breit weder ein Restaurant oder oder ein 7 Eleven zu finden. Auf die Frage, wo wir etwas essen können, wurden wir auf das hausinterne Restaurant verwiesen. Das ist ein dunkles Loch mit vielleicht zehn Tischen. Da ganze wirkt wie eine Kantine von einem schlechten Arbeitgeber. Die Speisekarte ist minimalistisch und dementsprechend auch das Essen.

Beautiful building with lovely water features around reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Stayed one night, v good location for finding your way round Phrae.
