The location of the hotel is very good. It's in the city.

Large hotel is a bit outdated and apparently popular for large travel groups. The staff are very friendly, but hardly speak any English. Individual foreign travelers are very rarely there and are on their own. PHRAE clearly has little interest in normal tourism but only in well-funded group trips, which disappear again very quickly.
Hotel was good, the food was excellent, but the dining room resembled a three-class train station bar. All in all a very interesting stay
