Very disappointed!
The bed is not soft. Booked a single bed and got two small, hard beds.
There are no shoes in the room. The hair dryer does not work well without a jacket and cannot dry hair. Fresh coffee in the breakfast room is available at an additional cost.
Because they serve freshly brewed coffee the old fashioned way.
I don't think this is 5 stars. Only got 3 stars.
