I loved this little hotel. There are two buildings - one with modern/Western architecture and decor, and one with traditional Thai style. In between the buildings there is a lovely, lush, and serene garden, which leads down to a riverfront sala. My room was one of my favourites in Thailand - it was full of character, well maintained, and very comfortable. The design inspired me for my own home! The breakfast was very complete and tasty. The location is quite central in Ayutthaya, and there are a variety of good restaurants within walking distance. But you don't hear any street noise when you're on the property. And finally, the owners/staff are so nice and welcoming. I strongly recommend this hidden gem.

This property offers great value for the price paid. Owners are onsite and have been welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are a bit dark as they have no windows but are sufficiently appointed and clean. Breakfast is nice and included, a big plus is also the ability to park at the property. There is a coffee shop onsite and you can also enjoy a coffee by the river.
