WaterWalk Extended Stay Phoenix - N. Happy Valley

Very nice king suite with about all you need to pass a comfortable night’s stay. Gym is well equipped, pool is clean, and outside sitting area is inviting. Not far (about 2 miles) from all the major attractions. Worth the visit.

It had a beautiful view of the Parthenon.

Nice and good place to stay

We've stayed at this property several times and it is not being maintained. It took two days for our TVs to work after spending about two hours working with staff to try and 'fix' the issue. Staff could not fix TV. Compounding the issue are two remotes that have to be used to operate the TV with no instructions. Netflix never worked. There was no iron in the room. The coffee buffet in the common area did not work one night and then the following morning. While staff was polite, there was never any offer to make it right by offering any discount or offer of anything to compensate paying for services that we did not receive. I was also billed for 4 nights parking - the first time I remember paying a fee to park in the open lot and I was not informed upon check-in that an incremental fee was to be charged. I am also disappointed that front desk staff are generally not at the desk, and when they are, they seem to prefer to chit-chat rather than clean dirty windows on the front doors or empty the overflowing trash at the non-working coffee buffet. I can take my business elsewhere. This hotel has fallen out of favor
