Very sunny and cheerful service, giving you the illusion of being at home. Even when it's hot outside, the hotel is still like an ice cellar. Different from what Chinese guests expect; there is no toothpaste and toothbrush, no slippers, no kettle, the "three no's" reflect a different life and culture.

The room is a bit small, but the location is very good. It's very close to the convention and exhibition center. It's very convenient especially for attending conferences.

We stayed only 1 night as a transit from our trip in Arizona to Vegas. Upon driving in, the hotel has a sizable entrance for drop off and valet, we did self parking but it was not difficult for me to locate where it is, and there’s also plenty of spots inside the covered lot. The lobby is impressively big, spacious, and neatly designed. Most of the area features soaring ceilings, with modern chandeliers, very well lit, and plenty of lounging spaces. There’s a bar, a wine vault, a convenience store, an executive lounge, a restaurant called Carcara. The convenience store carries one of the comprehensive collections I’ve seen, from typical needs like meds, toiletries, feminine products, to shoes, clothes and hats, to food and drinks, to jewelries, to crystals, to sunscreens, to bags, to tide pens and more. My husband did the check in while I parked the car and he told me the gentleman at check in was very friendly and helpful, and the whole process was quick and seamless. As part of our Titanium elite status, we got offered an upgrade to a suite with a great view of Phoenix downtown, we also got an F&B credit to use since they charge a resort fee to begin with. The room itself is beautiful, nice living area with a separate toilet, our en-suite is spacious, the bed is big and comfortable, and the bathroom has dual sinks, a good shower with good pressure and responsive cold to hot temperature change, and a nice smelling body wash / shampoo / conditioner. The overall decor of the hotel and our room reminded us of places we stayed at while living in New Zealand. Everything seems new and is kept in near pristine condition, the decor style, color combination, incorporation of woods, and the lighting used, all came together nicely and is chic. The restaurant Carcara, was impressive overall, the decor is eye-catching, both the menu and food portion sizes are just right, our server was friendly, and the food was delicious. Throughout our dinner, we saw an older gentleman in suit walking around and checking on all tables. By the time we were wrapping up our mains, the older gentleman came to address us again, and somehow became our server in getting our plates away and also getting us the desert menu and taking our order, he was very hands on and turns out he’s one of the managers, it was great to see management level physically participate and take care of things. We also checked out the gym and the pool, both are phonemes for a city hotel. First off, the gym is huge, with lots of new / well maintained equipments, good enough for an actual proper workout. The pool is a good size, and the best thing was the placement of the pool, it’s one of those rare pools that get sun from sunrise to sunset, so you can go anytime and still get sun. We didn’t get to spend too much time at both the gym and the pool because we had to catch a flight but for the limited time that we were there, it was very enjoyable. Great hotel within the US overall, and we will defin

Great hotel — quiet, clean comfortable. Good food, good rest. One oddity: They still keep their in-room coffee machines in the hotel room’s bathroom. I travel quite a bit on business and stay in lots of hotels all over the world, and this is the only hotel I visit regularly that still does this. As a coffee drinker that values good health, I’d never put a toilet in my kitchen — not sure why this hotel doesn’t see the lack of appeal with brewing coffee 3 feet from where hundreds of strangers do their “business”… Other than that, I enjoy staying at the Sheraton when I’m in Phoenix!

Was granted an early check-in which was much appreciated. Something felt different when we pulled up out front in the valet area just not the same happy place used to be. That evening went to the executive lounge to find that they have stopped hot appetizers in the evening and then again at breakfast. Found out that Marriott bon voy has told owners they can do anything they want with executive lounges. Two weeks ago at another location the Marriott closed their executive lounge however they did have a good program to provide breakfast for bonvoy elite members. This hotel finally after talking with the manager decided I could have a stipend to use at the restaurant for a hot breakfast. at 6:00 a long line forms at the bar for the Starbucks counter where you can get a hot sandwich that is very overpriced. The pool area still opens early however it needs a good scrubbing in the pool and the pool deck, they allow smokers to sit around the pool. Little things like the cleanliness standards the inside of the elevator cars are not clean and several of the badge readers do not work. For now you still get your room refreshed with clean towels and the bed made.... Wondering how long it will be before they take that away too. It's just so disappointing as hard as travel is these days when you finally get to the hotel only to find they've taken away and stripped what used to be valuable reasons to stay loyal to a chain and gain frequent guest status status.

Beautiful common areas including smaller rooms & spaces for meetings, dinners, conversations. Bartenders are excellent and the food better than most conference experiences. Great gym and fast elevators (a must when attending a conference for over 800!!). Rooms are ok - not great. Beds could be better and rooms cleaner. Bathroom is somewhat dated, Towels were on the thin side, shower head adequate but not great. View from the 23rd floor however was fabulous!
