I was told Andre was the night desk person who greeted me and helped check me in. Nice man but didn't know much about the particulars of the room. He helped me the best he could with my requests. The room and hotel is the problem. The carpet is almost thread bare. The furniture needs to be replaced. The mattress was old and lumpy. The bathroom looked like it had been updated but the sewer smell was too much. Basic breakfast like most Spring Hills I've stayed but the dining area is dated. Have been a Marriott member for many years and would be embarassed to say this is their property. I cannot understand how it rates 4 stars on Trip Advisor. Next morning I drove by a nice Courtyard just a block up the street. Why didn't the map show this property to book?

The room itself was nice. The staff was nice and the continental breakfast was good.
I gave 3 stars for cleanliness because our room smelled strong of sweat and dirty shower drapes.

Checked in late. Front desk person was on the phone, no interaction. When checking out the next morning the woman at front desk refuse to give me a bottle of water. This is poor service considering I’m a Lifetime titanium, elite member. For which one
