I can't say enough about Stephanie at the bar/restaurant in the lobby! She goes out of her way from saving my life by providing a charge cord for my phone when I forgot mine, to making sure my requested room is available when I stay there weekly. Her service level is impeccable in every way. If I were management, I would promote her and give her a raise! She is the reason I stay there weekly!

Stephanie, does a great, great job ! She’s a Barista, Bartender & takes orders for people who want dinner at the Hotel! She, does this with a smile no matter how busy she is. Stephanie, cares about the people staying at the Residence Inn Desert View at Mayo Clonic! She goes the extra step to take care of the guests at the Hotel. Sandy Dergan

My husband and I stayed for 10 days as I underwent cancer testing and surgery at the Mayo Clinic located alongside the Residence Inn. Very kind people work here who are incredibly understanding of what we, and others, are going through. Our room was excellent and quite clean thanks to Sandra C. Sarah, Brian and Dana were friendly faces at the front desk. Dana drove me countless times to the hospital via the golf cart when I could barely move. A surprising delight was the RiMix restaurant! Very tasty food and Stephanie and Pierce are awesome. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've encountered. I highly recommend this location. It is not cheap but it was worth the money.

We loved our stay!
We chose this hotel based on the proximity to the Mayo Clinic next door. Our rooms were great, and the staff was so friendly! Having the option for a shuttle back and forth to the clinic was wonderful as well.

The entire staff is amazingly caring and helpful. I love the new bar and restaurant and the everyone that works there… Stephanie, Pierce and Missy. Thank you for a great week, beautiful room and inviting lobby. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood.
