Close to the Deer Valley where I want to go. The hotel is clean, the room is big, and there is a swimming pool. The price may be a bit expensive because I booked it too late. I like this town and hope to have the opportunity to come often in the future! !

We booked as Hilton Honors members and 2 of the reception staff told us the F&B credit is $10 per room when it is fact $10 per registered guest per room . We were told we could use the credit for breakfast in the shop or for breakfast or the evening in the restaurant . We were not told that the restaurant/ bar is not open on Sunday evening and could not buy alcohol on the credit in the shop so we had to have $20 worth of chocolate . Be aware that the laundry is not operated by the hotel and although it was advertised as $1.50 per wash and $1.50 per dryer we were charged $8 and only found out when another guest was complaining so please check your bank app to see what they charged you . And not does not take coins as advertised either. This was eventually sorted out 3 days later . But … The pool is fabulous with a lovely cabana and furniture . The room we had was dated but some rooms are under renovation . The server at breakfast on all four days was absolutely lovely and does a fabulous job .

My daughter and I originally planned to stay just one night so we could visit Six Flags Hurricane Harbor—but we loved the hotel so much, we stayed another night! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. A special thank you to the general manager, Mike D.—he’s been amazing with answering our questions and helping with accommodations. You can really tell he cares about guests having a great experience, and it made a big difference for us. We stayed in the King Bed Junior Suite, and it was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully updated with modern decor. It felt cozy, clean, and just right for a relaxing stay. My daughter absolutely loved the heated pool—she went swimming five times in two days! Another big plus: it’s super close to Six Flags, which made everything so easy. And for the price, it’s a total win—budget-friendly without sacrificing comfort or quality. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. I’ve already booked another weekend at the end of July because we can’t wait to come back. If you’re considering staying here—go for it. You’ll be glad you did.

I am highly allergic to cats and dogs. Yes, even hypo-allergenic dogs. I’m very cautious to always book at pet free hotels when traveling. This was a designated stay & play team hotel for my sons soccer tournament and we were booked for 4 days. Upon check in, I stepped on something crunchy as I entered our hotel room and discovered it was dry cat food. Our room looked clean but I discovered more cat food throughout our room in various places. I immediately asked the front desk attendant if we could be moved to a room that is designated as ‘pet free’ and was told, “there have been pets in all of our rooms. We can send someone down to vacuum again.” With it being a soccer tournament as well as Spring Training for baseball there was no availability to be moved to different hotel location or even a different hotel all together. Unfortunately, the additional vacuuming + spending as little time as possible in the room + sleeping fully covered in a long sleeved hooded top, long pants & socks did not delay my onset of severe allergic reactions. The first night I had difficulty breathing after the first hour, developed hives and rashes all over my body & my eyes were nearly swollen shut. I was miserable. There was no apology offered, no effort made to compensate me beyond the 5 minute additional vacuuming. Please be advised although they state on their website they are a ‘pet free’ hotel, THEY ARE NOT. They will essentially make NO effort to compensate you or accommodate you for falsely advertising themselves as a Pet Free hotel and don’t care if you’re sick and miserable.

Not worth the money
We should have done some checking. There were other hotels nearby almost half the price with excellent reviews and offered free breakfast buffet. For a room that was almost 300.00 (289.00) we at least had hoped for REAL glasses and coffee cups. The cost for breakfast buffet was 20.00 for one person. Thats getting a bit ridiculous when same buffet at a neighboring hotel was complimentary. They claimed it was because they offered a restaurant and bar. We will stay elsewhere next trip to Phoenix.
