Front desk pleasant and helpful. Room faced interstate. Very noisy. Room was hot, AC running but no cool air coming out. It was frozen up. Maintenance repaired but froze up again late that night we managed to get it running again but then quit again by morning. Room was 80F. On switch to turn on ice maker. New one installed but never worked. Refrigerator barely cool definitely not as cold as food should have been. Ceiling fan in BR shook & ticked like a clock constantly & kitchen faucet handle so loose it wouldn't stay at a constant flow & wouldn't shut off without a lot of maneuvering. Clock was missing but replaced.

The management is no good. Most of them have attitude problems and make up their own rules. Some of security don’t do anything. Cars get broken into everyday. The only good that come out of this hotel is house keeping if you can get the ones that don’t steal out your room.

Beginning at check in which was AWESOME! Amber and Darius or Daren (sorry can’t remember which name) they were very courteous and amazing! Hotel was beautiful food was AWESOME! All team members were amazing! Bed and sofa was awesome!! Yay!

My wife and I were very impressed with this hotel. The staff was amazing, starting with Thomas at the front desk and continuing with the staff at the breakfast area, etc., up to and including checkout after a two-night stay. We shared a two-bedroom suite with my wife's sister, the perfect solution to our needs. The price was fair, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was just what we needed (the coffee was excellent). We are not often in the Phoenix area, but Homewood Suites by Hilton will be at the top of our list when we book for our next visit.

Although this hotel is starting to show its age, the rooms are still pretty nice. The service on the other hand was outstanding with all of the staff being exemplary in their care of us. The breakfast was ok, the happy hour was pretty good. We stayed in a double suite, suite 419. This double suite was nice with plenty of room for 4 people. The downside was the noise from the interstates was very loud. Especially in the early morning hours (midnight to 3am) with seemingly endless people treating the road directly below us as a drag *****. The other downside is the fact that this hotel is pretty isolated with nothing really in walking distance. That said, the hotel does have a deal with grubhub for free delivery, a great perk.

This is a very nice hotel , I was pleasantly surprised too! My room was spotlessly clean and so spacious! The staff here is awesome! Especially the receptionist both the am and pm staff! (I couldn’t find my key and they helped me out quickly!)

The place was a pretty decent stay overall. The hallways looked a bit dated, but the suite we had was nice. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were good. The air conditioner system kept making a “gurgling” sound sporadically which was annoying. One of the window screens was busted and the tv remote’s buttons were really finicky. The free breakfast had good variety and it looked like they kept the outdoor pool nice and clean. Overall area was fine - across the street looked to be a homeless camp.
