I really appreciate how they have plenty of bottled water, even when we politely ask for it multiple times in a row lol. Plus, the room is super clean. However, it was a bit disappointing when we parked in the self-park area, and the golf cart driver saw us even though it was already evening. He didn’t even offer to share his ride with us! To be fair, the self-park area is quite a distance from the lobby, so a walk wasn’t really an option. Also, we missed out on the slides because of the lightning, which was a bummer!

We celebrated 2 friends birthdays over a weekend trip. We had to pay extra to guarantee connecting rooms but it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful with several pools and a water park with a lazy river. The only downside was the bathroom floor and shower area could have been cleaner. But Clara Jane was at the check in desk, she was in training still but did an amazing job helping me. She sent a follow up card to our room and birthday treats for my friends. Great personal touches that mean a lot!! The restaurant choices for dinner were limited as one of them was closed for a few weeks.

This resort is immaculate in every way. The room we stayed in was large enough for three people as we had a suite with a Peloton. This room selection was a good value for the size of the room. Our first visit to Phoenix was great - if you stay here for a good time with family. Its north of Phoenix and Scottsdale. The resort has many activities to offer all on site i.e. golfing, yoga, pool, slides, games, tennis, etc. There are, many dining options, and you are immersed by beautiful architecture, gardens, landscape, health and wellness options and clean grounds. We were introduced to the Pumpernickel the Harris Hawk. There was a handler walking the grounds with the bird. I remember the staff guy named Duane [near the golf club] who went out of his way to take a photo for us and have a good laugh. This time just before Labour Day was not crowded so that was perfect. The only disappointment - was the extra charges for self parking, for reserving the chairs next to the pool and business services. I also got the impression that the resort caters to local Americans more and not so much for foreigners as the concierge for excursions were not readily accessible. We seemed to be the only ones from out of country too in speaking with other guests. Otherwise, I would definitely return here.
