All the staff were kind, polite, and helpful 24 hours a day and night! All the cleaning staff greeted us cheerfully! This is a hotel where you can stay with peace of mind! Because the amenities are American, there was only soap and body cream, and there was shampoo treatment body soap in the shower! The guy at the shop was also kind and explained and taught me various things! However, the sound of the door closing is noisy💧There are many restaurants and a supermarket nearby, so it's convenient! ! I think it's a great place to go to watch baseball or basketball games! !

This hotel is in a great location with access to restaurants and venues. Service has generally been good over the years. This occasion did not meet expectations. Floors were dirty with lots of other peoples hair. Bed had short fitted sheets that would pop off the mattress while sleeping. Air conditioner would not adjust even though there is a thermostat inside the room. It was a little warm.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel’s Internet did not work properly for Marriott Bonvoy members — front desk had to comp us for free use. We were subject to constant construct/repair work on the eighth floor — noise, dirt, etc. Maybe, close a floor to fix it? The lobby store — run by an outside firm — was constantly taking long, random breaks (it’s supposed to be open 7 am to 10 pm, but often was closed for multiple hours) when staff was questioned, they were rude and suggested people needed to learn how to read a clock (they claimed it said back by 7:45 — it said 6:45, and we were there at 6:42 and it was closed, only to come back 45 minutes later and the store was still closed). Awful and rude — the room, a six-night stay for a taekwondo tournament — was not cheap. We expect basic decency and reasonable quiet when we stay at a large, urban hotel. This hotel failed miserably. We will not be back.

I’m here now and it’s 3:15pm trying to check in. I have Titanium Elite Status. I was just told im on a waiting list and no room Is available now. Really? It’s 3:15pm and I checked in mobile last night saying I would be here by 1pm. Never before have I had an issue checking in last 3pm especially with my loyalist and status with Marriott. Terrible customer service. We needed to change before a scheduled event and now can’t. Didn’t even offer a key to go to the lounge. Desk clerk could care less. Never again would I stay here.

We shared our room with a huge cockroach! My son was the one who found it and was terrified to be in the room the entire time we were there. Room service was awful. We ordered via a QR and they still managed to miss items and give us duplicate items…I got a double dose of burnt eggs Overpriced and low quality. Won’t stay there again.

Very nice middle-of-the-road hotel. The staff was very accommodating, even upgraded me to a junior suite and gave me access to the concierge lounge. Although I was only able to use it once for breakfast due to my work schedule, it was very nice. The room was a nice upgrade for this frequent traveler. My only complaint is the noisy AC unit. I happened to be in Phoenix during the recent record heat wave, and although it kept my room tolerable, it ran continuously. There is a nice Starbucks in the lobby and fortunately they accepted the Starbucks app for purchases (some hotel Starbucks don’t) because the day I ordered, they didn’t accept cash and I didn’t bring a credit card. The lobby bar was adequate, but wasn’t a fan of the food. There are several restaurants nearby so I only ate there once.
