Excellent service and friendliness. They were out of many dining things and room service takes 40 minutes. But other than that great experience. Well worth it.

The culinary experiences were very good at the Global Ambassador. All dishes were excellent with great flavors and presentation.
Thea restaurant was very loud and hard to hear for inside seating. Outdoor area at Thea was very nice.
Hotel Rooms were very well appointed. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Reservation glitch caused a long delay at LeAme on our second dinner. Complimentary champagne was offered due to the wait.
Pool staff was excellent. Very fun afternoon at the pool.

Amazing hotel, with great customer service. The food and drinks at every restaurant, even the lobby cafe and lobby bar were great.
The only negative is the parking situation. Its a bummer that they cannot validate your parking pass for your entire stay.
The pool food was good aside for the ceviche. It was sub par compared to everything else we ate at the hotel.

My company hosted a regional corporate event for about 150 people at The Global Ambassador on Wednesday, October 30, 2024...and it was amazing! The service the staff provided was excellent and there was great attention to detail. Rachel went above and beyond elegantly staging our reusable straws through all of the meal, snack and beverage services. Adolfo our banquet captain for most of day was exceptionally attentive and executed our vision and request flawlessly. Finally, Omar was continuously checked on our needs and easily fulfilled any request. THANK YOU for an amazing event. Megan McCluskey

Beautifully designed space, great service, many dining/bar options, lovely crowd and an overall awesome vibe that doesn't try too hard. Had dinner downstairs and then drinks on the roof. Highly recommend both. Both a visiting and local hang-out must! (I'm in lifestyle hospitality and I am very impressed!)

Had a night from a school gala silent auction and went for a quick staycation without the kids and lab and had a wonderful experience. The service is top notch, from checkin to the restaurants to the spa to everyone you encounter…Fox does it again!! I would recommend the splurge for a suite with a balcony, the decor is so well appointed that just hanging in the room is an escape. Would also recommend booking dinner up at Thea and drinks in the lounge downstairs before, unless you are a hermit and don’t want to be around people…then book the Embassy Suites down the road 😀.
