+ Nice hotel. All the staff are friendly, nice and helpful. Great location. I can walk to the grand palace, museum, night market, and much more sightseeing.
Room is very clean but quite small.
- some equipment should be fixed but not a big issue.

Super beautiful hotel. Peaceful area, near to riverside (not walkable tho). I love the colonial design and super strong jasmine fragrance from lobby to lift. The hotel was very kind to upgrade me to presidential suite, me & my friend absolutely enjoyed the stay there. One thing to point out there is no fan in the entire unit, only AC, I kinda struggled abit to sleep due to that.

Overall is ok.
My only complain in this hotel is the aircon is too poor. Our companybalways book me in this hotel as corporate hotel. But everytime I am checkingnin here I am vomplainibgbfoe the aircondition too hot.This needs attention by management and fix it. Im sure I am not the only one complaining about as even though they move me to another room still the same.
Location is convenient and on the river front. Nice location.

Although staff were lovely the location was not great, it didn't feel very safe and there weren't very many close food options, tourist spots etc, you had to get tuktuks. The first night we were excited to use the beautiful (it really is) rooftop Restaurant and Bar, we picked 5 items, 4 of which were unavailable including a basic glass of red wine, everything else including cocktails we ever ordered in our 3 days was also met with 'we don't have that' it was very unfortunate because it was expensive too...otherwise we would have dined every day and had drinks multiple times a day. Cigarette smoke was smelled in the bathroom often from other rooms, our towels one day were replaced with ones that smelled of stale cigarette smoke, the bell every time a room is entered also got really irritating as we tried to nap during the day or early night. Would not recommend.

Hotel room is small, but the health is in place, the restaurant downstairs is very good, the breakfast buffet is also delicious, lunch and dinner can be ordered, one night I have more than nine o'clock in the evening, the price is not expensive in the local area, the environment is beautiful, it is very convenient to go anywhere, Even the security guards at the door are better.

It's an old hotel, but the maintenance is OK. The bed is a bit hard, but it's worth the price. It's very convenient to get in and out. The front desk is also very good. They understand Chinese, which facilitates communication.

I stayed in a room with a balcony before. These photos were taken before. There was a smoke alarm inside the room and smoking was not allowed. Later, the room was full during the Water Festival, and Ctrip raised the price of the hotel rooms during the Water Festival (the hotel said they did not raise the price themselves), so I was arranged to a room without windows. Because it is in the city center, the road is closed during the Water Festival, and tuk-tuks cannot enter. Cambodia has many holidays, so it is not suitable for guests with a lot of luggage, because the road is closed and you can only walk in from the intersection, which is about 200 meters, and the steps at the door are very high. It is very difficult to carry luggage.

March 2023. After reading some of the past reviews I was skeptical but this place was a very enjoyable stay for my girlfriend and I. Safe, quiet, clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly and competent. To clarify a previous review, the hotel is tastefully, and professionally decorated. The lobby is warm, inviting and beautiful. Our room (401) was also modern and comfortably furnished with a wrap around balcony perfect for morning coffee. We didn't have the breakfast so no info on that, but we would recommend this hotel to snyone.

The location is particularly good, just a few hundred meters away from the Grand Palace, Independence Monument, and Naga World. Breakfast is also quite rich. The room is very spacious, the facilities are good, and there is a dryer, which is very suitable for family travel or business activities.

AAraakiiSuper spacious large room although a bit empty with not much amenities. Very close to city center and many places are within walkable distance or short Tutu ride. The old houses are beautiful but the pool is a bit small and doesn't look too clean. Be aware of raindrop noises on the roof during rainy days, it could be hard to get into sleep.

DDean TooneIt's a perfect hotel and the staff are wonderful. Only downside this time was that the room had 2 TV's and both were broke. They were also so old that they were not smart TV's. It was Christmas, I wanted to have my Netflix account added so I could watch a Christmas movie.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at Aquarius, it was in a very central location with lots of restaurants and cafe’s nearby. It is a bit of a walk from the night market but you can take a cheap Tuktuk via Grab. It is very close to the National Palace and we enjoyed walking by it every night, as there were celebrations for the kings coronation when we were there. The staff was also so kind and went above and beyond to help us celebrate our anniversary with the most impressive anniversary celebration set up when we arrived! Highly recommend.

IIgorSerbiaThe hotel is adorable. The price is cheap compared to Hong Kong or Singapore, but the hotel is at a very high level. I would also like to mention a very helpful and professional staff who always address me with a smile: Theary, Thia and Kosal. They have very strict policies, so I had to pay for late checkout. The rooftop pool was amazing!

AAnonymous UserI live in Singapore. I was looking for a hotel with a bathtub because I live in a room with only a shower, and I found a hotel with an open-air bath. The hotel's open-air bath was really nice, and I had the best experience while in Phnom Penh. The only disappointment was that the women-only time was late at night. When I asked the front desk, they told me that the ratio of customers was almost all male, so it was only for men. I protested about that, but in the end the open-air bath was so good that it was fine. There were also many types of breakfast to choose from, and they were all elaborate, so I had a hard time deciding. I chose Japanese food, and the salted mackerel was better than the one I had in Japan. I was also surprised that I could watch Japanese channels on TV. I was able to watch it in real time, so I stayed up late watching it. I was so relaxed that I forgot I was in Phnom Penh.
