Pleasant Stay The property is in a very nice location, and I have stayed at this hotel a few times. However, during my recent visit, the receptionist wasn't as friendly as I expected. On a positive note, the security guard was much more helpful and welcoming, which made a difference in my stay

I had a wonderful stay at Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh! The service was exceptional – the staff was always friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I loved the modern design that gives it a fresh, stylish vibe. Plus, the rooms were very comfortable, equipped with everything I needed. Given the level of service and quality of the facilities, I found the price to be very reasonable. Highly recommend Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh for anyone visiting the city!

The hotel is conveniently located but the streets are very busy and noisy all through the night. Within walking distance to the royal palace and where the 4 rivers meet. There is a coffee shop across the street and several restaurants around the area. The park across the street is safe to go running in the morning and at night. Breakfast is decent and the staff are very friendly. They even prepared 2 Christmas treats on Xmas day. Water pressure is great. Bed is comfortable. Rooftop offers sunrise and sunset views. And the food at the restaurant is good.

Great Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Super Convenient We only stayed briefly, but this hotel made a great impression! The room was clean, the bed was really comfy, and the staff were all lovely—especially the security team, who were so friendly and helpful. They even let us store our suitcases while we visited the island, which was a big help. The views were amazing, and the location is very central, making it easy to get around. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or gym, but everything looked great—we’d definitely love to come back for a longer stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aquarius, it was in a very central location with lots of restaurants and cafe’s nearby. It is a bit of a walk from the night market but you can take a cheap Tuktuk via Grab. It is very close to the National Palace and we enjoyed walking by it every night, as there were celebrations for the kings coronation when we were there. The staff was also so kind and went above and beyond to help us celebrate our anniversary with the most impressive anniversary celebration set up when we arrived! Highly recommend.

The service is good and the price is cheap. I will come again. My friends and bosses are also very happy and agree with this hotel. The only bad thing is that it is cheaper to book online, but the price of renewing the room on site is much higher.

The location is particularly good, just a few hundred meters away from the Grand Palace, Independence Monument, and Naga World. Breakfast is also quite rich. The room is very spacious, the facilities are good, and there is a dryer, which is very suitable for family travel or business activities.

Eden Still can’t believe that such a tranquil place is actually situated amidst hustle and bustle of never sleeping Phnom Penh traffic and street life. Once you step into the property you’ll find yourself in another reality- lush garden, turquoise pool, heritage building (dating back to 1920), everything is quite, peaceful and amazingly beautiful The decoration is a state of the art itself, each detail is placed rightly and bring such joy for eyes of the visitors with good taste. Restaurant is fabulous- breakfast or dinner simply gorgeous. My room was a part of the historic building so I’m more than happy to stay in the vintage style and again have no single complaint The service was outstanding. No wonder the hotel is filled with visitors and booked in advance, really popular spot. No hesitation to book it next time Thank you very much for the wonderful experience!

Clean hotel. Elevator wasn't working. Bar and pool were on the 10th floor, We never saw it. One robe and the shower handle kept falling off the wall, no hot water. . AC was cool and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff in the restaurant were so friendly. The frappe is delicious. Location to attractions was walking distance or 2$ by tuktuk to the night market.

I’m actually a repeat gest of this hotel, probably 4-5 times in my stay in Phnom Penh. I can say this hotel is worth visiting for a person who would like to try and get experience in Japanese culture like room equipment, amenities, and facilities, the big point is Japanese breakfast! It’s surprisingly nice and authentic taste.
