It’s nice hotel and I booked here for 2times. It’s so good. It’s nice service mind from front desk and all. We can check in early when they have available room and check out late till 3:00p.m. It’s soooo good. Nice view, good breakfast(Delicious breakfast) and clean room. See you next time sure.👍🏻

A Wonderful Stay at Sun and Moon Hotel My spouse and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sun and Moon Hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality, setting the tone for a relaxing and memorable stay. The hotel’s location was perfect, offering easy access to key attractions while providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From offering helpful local tips to accommodating any special requests, they made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the hotel’s restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious meals. The breakfast spread was varied and satisfying, and the ambiance of the dining area made each meal feel special. I stayed at Novotel Phnom Penh for one night during a business trip and found it to be a great value for money. While slightly on the expensive side for Cambodia, the excellent service and overall experience make it well worth considering. The hotel is centrally located, offering spacious and well-equipped rooms that remain pleasantly quiet at night, ensuring a restful stay. The staff was incredibly attentive and professional, adding to the positive experience. Additionally, I attended an event at their venue, and everything was perfectly organized—the setup, coordination, and execution were seamless. Overall, an excellent choice for business travelers looking for great service, comfort, and well-managed event facilities.

The stay experience was great. I slept very comfortably and peacefully in this hotel. The room was very soundproof and quiet. Even the windows had double curtains with strong light blocking. The room was very clean. If I had any questions, I would call him and he would help me solve them quickly. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.

Opposite AEON 1 for nice shopping and eating. There are 3 AEON malls in Phnom Penh now. Tuktuk booked via an app costs 6,000 Riels to Night Market. The Reception lady is so sweet. She booked me a tuktuk and I paid by cash directly to the driver. Thank you very much. From my memory Reception staff doesn’t work from 3am to 8am. Room is large and things are made from high quality materials. I love the pool on 41th floor. Breathtaking river views and city views up there. The restaurant is on the same floor so we walked pass it to use the pool. No other guests were there when both of us swam. Pool opens from 7am. Small changing room and toilet are near the pool. Fitness Room is on 7th floor. High quality and great services. No one was there when we worked out. After the guest finishes using the walking machine and sweats, a male staff comes to wipe the machine. Very good! Towels are readily available for guests to use both in the Fitness Room and Pool. The checked in and out were smooth. They returned the 50 USD deposit in both USD and Riel. In other cities, a room like this often costs 70 USD. Here the price is very good. The building is Celeste Building opposite Sofitel and AEON and we walked through it to the next building to see SF Hotel table in the corner. Excellent value for money. Btw it was Caesar Hotel before so room amenities and towels have that brand. Room is a bit wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Air con takes a long time to cool the room as they has a cover in front of it to avoid direct air flow to the bed. Carpeted walk way from elevator to the rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and wish to come back to swim again.

The staff is friendly, and the room is clean and located in a quiet area. The room features old-style decor with wooden furniture, which results in a strong smell. Additionally, the air conditioner is very weak.

I stayed in the room three times and three times without a hair dryer! Every time I asked the front desk, the front desk was solemn and said that the room had a hair dryer! The hotel manager should inspect the toiletries in the room to see if they are all right!

The hotel gives you what you pay for. It was comfortable enough and I had good sleep for all the nights I was there (3 nights). The breakfast is very basic, but does the job if you just wanna have something to fill you up. The people working there are friendly and they try to help with questions. I cannot really complain because I managed my expectations well. Close to the victory monument and close to bassac Street. Also walking distance from the genocide museum.

Location to city easily accessible- it’s not too close not too far. by tut.  The Toul Sleng museum is right next to another block of street & it can be viewed from the hotel roof as well as floor 13.
