Location is 5 minutes to Russian Market by tuk tuk. There is a market nearby, so it's enough to feel the local atmosphere, and some local restaurants and shops can speak English. Room condition is not bad, but there is no mosquito fragrance or slippers shampoo dryer. The owner, Michael, smile man. Hi~ Michael, This is Michael from Korea. I will visit again in November. The service was good and the place was clean. Only one thing, the bathroom is see-through. What if we came with our friends or two colleagues had to share a room, it would be embarrassing. :) All in all, I enjoyed my 3-night stayed there.

It's pretty far from the action, which does mean it's quiet, but you'll end up paying more for tuktuks

Only stopped for one night but room was basic and clean, only negative was the walls had loads of stains on them especially behind the bed so didn’t look very pleasant.

One of the best properties in Phnom Penh with insane pool views, arguably this hotel is one of the tallest properties in the capital city. Located in very prime location. Great breakfast buffet with good variety and also they had noodle soup in buffet which I absolutely loved. Super spacious and clean rooms, absolutely loved the property and would recommend 10/10 for everyone

The bed in the room is very comfortable and the bedding is soft. There is a kettle and a refrigerator. The staff is also very warm and thoughtful. The price is also relatively affordable. It is a very good choice and highly recommended.

I have been coming to Phnom Penh regularly for years and I have seen this hotel being built but I had never stayed there before, now I have. The hotel is well located near the O Russey market. It is of a very good standard and offers excellent value for money. The standard twin room that I occupied was large and very well equipped, excellent bedding and large bathroom and above all very quiet. The wardrobe area is equipped with a safe. The buffet breakfast is varied and plentiful in a beautiful room with a view. On the roof terrace there is a bar and a small swimming pool. In summary, I do not regret my choice and will not fail to stay there during my next visit to Phnom Penh.
