The first choice for Chinese people to stay in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The hotel is located between the airport and the city, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city and making it very convenient to travel to and from the airport. The hotel has barrier-free Chinese communication and the hotel restaurant can provide authentic Chinese food, making it suitable for both tourism and business.
Chinese investment, very new hotel, so new that many facilities are not yet built. I booked it specially to experience it when I was on a business trip. There is a five-star sign issued by the Cambodian Ministry of Tourism in the lobby, and on the other side is the entrance to the apartment (I didn't look closely, but I probably haven't officially moved in yet).
Let's talk about the advantages first: Most of the employees I met in the front desk restaurant can speak Chinese, and there are several Chinese employees, so communication is convenient. The room price is not expensive, the room is about the level of the all-season, very clean, with a balcony but the surrounding area is undeveloped, so there is no scenery. There are domestic TV channels and many international channels, and the food in the mini bar is not expensive. The infinity pool and glass plank road on the top floor are great for taking pictures, but the swimming pool seems to be unavailable. The restaurant on the second floor is basically Chinese food, and there are special dishes for a few dollars every day, which is very suitable for Chinese stomachs.
Then talk about the disadvantages:
1. The room has a bit of a bad smell, not sure if it is a problem with the air conditioning system or the sewer, because I live on the 20th floor, it is probably a problem with the central air conditioning.
2. The shower room is too small, about one square meter, and fat people definitely can't move around.
3. I booked the room through Ctrip. When I checked in, there were some benefits indicated, such as welcome fruits for late check-out. Unfortunately, I don’t know what went wrong in the communication between the hotel and Ctrip, and it was not confirmed until I checked out the next day.
Finally, I would like to give a suggestion to the owner: There are about 30 guest rooms on each floor, and it is roughly estimated that the hotel has more than 300 guest rooms. With this volume, there are only 1-2 employees at the front desk (two people at check-in and only one person at check-out). A deposit is required for check-in and room inspection is required for check-out. There is reason to suspect that if the occupancy rate is high, it will be too late to receive guests. When I checked in, I waited for about 20 minutes because some guests who checked out were arguing about the fee. The number of front desk staff should at least double to be enough to cope with it.
This one is really great, I like it so much 😘
It's a pity that I didn't have time to go to the rooftop swimming pool because of stomachache at night..
But the breakfast restaurant is beautiful.
And there are many flavors of breakfast, you can choose
The waiters are also very polite and courteous, giving a very distinguished feeling👍🏻

We do enjoy our stay there, family triple room is a good choice if you travelling with group of friends.
Offer dropoff or pick up services : but you only can choose one, and must confirm with them in advance, because the driver might not be around for the service.
B610/B710 -2 of the room have a nice city view, if you enjoy city view.
17 Floor - Gym, don't put high expectation of the gym equipment. And it also have a complete view of the city.
Very near to airport around 10-15minutes.
Quite far to the City Centre, night market and others tourist attraction around 30-40minutes, depending on the traffic. Short stay is okay. If you planning to have a city tour, it's not convenient.
Breakfast - Oriental Breakfast : Is okay for me, just simple chinese cuisine, one type of fruit, the fried noodles and rice is spicy for me. Cause I'm not too picky on food.
Some area that I think it is good if they can improve:
Dining Table - Are not wipe clean after collecting others people plates.
Dining Area - I don't think the cleanliness is maintain daily, wipes, sweep and mop. The dust is very obvious.
Swimming Pool - There is rubbish in the pool. Tissues, black plastic bags. So, I don't think they clean up their pools. Swimming Pool Area - Smell of death animal. Will be good if the hotel management take into consideration of the public area cleaniness.
We stayed here two times, the second stay, the room is cleaner than the first stay.
Thank you !
Stayed in a nice room with excellent service. The ambiance was inviting and had a great vibe. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Haven Inn is a much surprises booking compared to all my previous stay. A budget and simple night lay over booking turns out to be an unknown hidden gems upon check in.
All the rooms are thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities supplied (better than most budget hotels), instant water heater works well and with perfect temperature required, complimentary water bottles, some snacks, in-room slippers, fridge, writing table, side bed tables, friendly and personal service by owner of this Haven Inn. Lastly but not the least an homely stay with lots of warm and love.
It is an highly Recommeded place for all travellers looking for a good bargain, value for money and a home away from home.
Pictures speak a thousand words.
Very clean and spacious rooms. Perfect for families and guests coming to weddings.
The only negative point is the sound coming from below when the event room is booked.
This hotel is absolutely amazing! The whole atmosphere is super W-style, very high-end but not exaggerated. The staff is very attentive and the service is super thoughtful. The rooms are designed around the swimming pool and there is only one floor, so living here really feels like a private villa, with a great resort vibe~
However, there was a small incident... I ordered a vegetarian meal and specifically asked if it was vegetarian, they said yes, but what came out was chicken wings? ? Meat is murder! ! But forget it, except for this little mistake, everything else is perfect, so I still have to give it five stars! ✨✨✨✨✨ The room is indeed a bit small, but it doesn’t matter at all. After all, the swimming pool and the courtyard are the soul!

Overall - Goof value for money 👍
HHoangIt's my second time staying here. It was as good as always really quiet not a lot of customers. The room is quite large, limited but serviceable breakfast. Only complain is noise from staff chatting in the middle of the night
KKevin-liuElegant environment, suitable for leisure and relaxation, away from the noise of the city; in the inconspicuous place, hidden such a good hotel; the service of the waiter is also good, it is recommended!
CCozy33This is a flat house style guesthouse!
It has an advantage in terms of location as it is right behind Aeon Mall.
The rest cannot expect hotel-level service!
There is no hot water!
