Excellant hotel. Very clean and professional staff. I don't normally write reviews, but, this place was really excellent. The only thing that was a little bit of a hassle was location. About half way between the airport and river front. However a $2.00 Tuk-Tuk is all it takes to get downtown.  Breakfast had a good selection too.

good location and great atmosphere. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and stocked. The art throughout the facility was beautiful. I have a really good vibe to this place. Would come back again to stay for a quick trip

I booked this gem of a hotel for my last night in Cambodia (to be close to the airport) and was extremely happy with the accommodations. The photos are exactly as shown but don't give the hotel enough justice. The staff was very pleasant and very helpful from check-in, getting a tuktok and check out. The room was super cool, modern, extremely comfortable and clean. The lobby and restaurant also had a great vibe. The free breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely location. The price was also excellent!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Cambodia. It was our very first time here, and everything exceeded our expectations in the most beautiful way. We found this hotel by pure chance — we had never been here before — and it turned out to be an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine love and warmth that we immediately felt at home. The hotel is impeccably clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The pool is crystal clear and inviting, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is peaceful and uplifting. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for their care, attention, and incredible support during our stay. Every little detail they took care of made us feel truly special. The price-to-quality ratio is simply outstanding. If you are wondering whether or not to book this hotel — don’t hesitate. Book it. It will be one of the best decisions of your trip. Everything here is truly on the highest level. We are endlessly grateful for this experience and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cambodia.

Everything worked well Having a sink was a bonus as I enjoy cooking sometimes (I have a small gas cooker) Overall - Goof value for money 👍

We do enjoy our stay there, family triple room is a good choice if you travelling with group of friends. Offer dropoff or pick up services : but you only can choose one, and must confirm with them in advance, because the driver might not be around for the service. B610/B710 -2 of the room have a nice city view, if you enjoy city view. 17 Floor - Gym, don't put high expectation of the gym equipment. And it also have a complete view of the city. Very near to airport around 10-15minutes. Quite far to the City Centre, night market and others tourist attraction around 30-40minutes, depending on the traffic. Short stay is okay. If you planning to have a city tour, it's not convenient. Breakfast - Oriental Breakfast : Is okay for me, just simple chinese cuisine, one type of fruit, the fried noodles and rice is spicy for me. Cause I'm not too picky on food. Some area that I think it is good if they can improve: Dining Table - Are not wipe clean after collecting others people plates. Dining Area - I don't think the cleanliness is maintain daily, wipes, sweep and mop. The dust is very obvious. Swimming Pool - There is rubbish in the pool. Tissues, black plastic bags. So, I don't think they clean up their pools. Swimming Pool Area - Smell of death animal. Will be good if the hotel management take into consideration of the public area cleaniness. We stayed here two times, the second stay, the room is cleaner than the first stay. Thank you !

The hotel (part of 3 in the area) is located not far from Phnom Penh airport not close to tourist attractions or riverside but tuktuk is not expensive. Download app upon arrival, local SIM can be purchased at airport outside arrivals. It is small but the rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The suite I booked had a kitchenette, washing machine, full size fridge, magnetron, induction stove and kettle. Note there are no pots and pans so bring your own. There are local restaurants in the area within walking distance or order with app. The seperate bedroom has a comfortable bed, in the living room is table with 4 chairs and a sofa. Outside is a pool and some of the rooms offer outside seating. Good value for money would definitely return.

Haven Inn is a much surprises booking compared to all my previous stay. A budget and simple night lay over booking turns out to be an unknown hidden gems upon check in. All the rooms are thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities supplied (better than most budget hotels), instant water heater works well and with perfect temperature required, complimentary water bottles, some snacks, in-room slippers, fridge, writing table, side bed tables, friendly and personal service by owner of this Haven Inn. Lastly but not the least an homely stay with lots of warm and love. It is an highly Recommeded place for all travellers looking for a good bargain, value for money and a home away from home. It was my first time to travel to Phnom Penh. The airport pick-up was very convenient. The boss was very nice and picked me up on time. The only drawback was that the smell of smoke was quite strong when I entered the door. I opened the window for ventilation and it was relieved. There is a supermarket opposite, which is also very convenient.

The hotel is just okay, but the location is good. The airport is close by, and there are restaurants, massage parlors, and everything else there.
