The location is probably the best reason to get this place booked, very convenient to get anywhere! I was satisfied with my room but only because I was alone, it’s really that small. Overall it was clean and everything worked fine. The only thing that bothered me was lighting. It’s really dark everywhere even with all lights turned on. The bathroom has a good make up mirror but it’s simply way too dark.
The stuff service was friendly and quick although always busy with the amount of customers at the reception.

Everything is clean and well-prepared.. the shower drainage is not clogged also.. i was assigned to one of the top floorsand it gave me a nice view of the city.. Maybe it's just the AC is not cooling that much compared to my previous rooms..

First, we checked in to a room the aircond was only blow warm air, and bathroom only provides one toothbrush. We then requested to change to another room. This second room the aircond is perfect except for room amenities, again there’s nothing provided except for towels. I have to request room service to refill what is necessary. Second and third day, they clean the room but without replace amenities. When I asked the cleaner, she told me I have to call to request. Anyway, I did not call to ask for replace shower cap, body lotion and facial cotton for the next 2 days. I personally felt that the hotel should provide and replace all basic amenities daily. First time I felt so disappointed after so many times stay here.

This is a favorate stop of mine. Clean rooms, nice views, reliable air conditioning. Located in what can only be called China Town, a short walk or tuktuk to Aeon shopping mall. About 20mins from Riverside depending in traffic. They have a fantastic swiming pool, which would be better if some of the guests would stop spitting and blowing their noses in the water (not locals) and what seems to be a popular gym. I was told they have free washing facilities for use, but i didnt have need of these. The staff are helpful, polite and friendly, speaking chinese and english.

For a 5 star hotel and the Shangri-La brand, you would expect a bit more. The room is fine (a bit smaller in Phnom Penh standard) and clean, but nothing really stands out. Paid $240 per night for Jun 23-24, found Rosewood were offering similar price point but decided to check out Shangri-La since I have not tried it. A bit disappointing and can't really believe they have powder coffee instead of having a Nespresso machine. That's quite below standard and I think the hotel is cheaping out on modern equipment considering the price you paid for this level. Will not stay again since there are much better offering in the similar location.

I booked the double bed room but that it is no working desk inside. Checked the photos again and found that working desk only provide in twin bed room. Don't understand why the designer had this setting. Actually, the double bed room space is enough to place the working desk. However I need to move the table close to sofa for working. I think It is not good design.
The breakfast also is not good because they only provide few choice of food.
Beside above 2 points, everything is good.

This is my partner and I’s choice of stay whenever we are in Phnom Penh. Great roof top gym and pool. Room has kitchen and laundry facilities. Since we are a frequent client in this hotel, the hotel staff always do their best to upgrade us to a better room whenever there is availability🙂 One thing that I hope though is more variety for breakfast, though it’s not something too important for us as there is a kitchenette in the room and also breakfast in Phnom Penh is good and affordable. Location is also great, near AEON mall 1 and other landmarks such as independent monument and the palace. They also have floors of parking spots which was convenient for us as we had a car during our visit ☺️ they also have long term stay options available.

I enjoyed my stay soo much at Baitong, initially I booked a day stay and ended up staying for 4 days. The front desk staff Phearum & Theavey were the best, they are very helpful, they were doing some renovations during my stay but the two communicated that with me prior. I highly recommend this hotel, from the food chef Lou Lo beef stew was the best thing I have tasted this year and Sophie makes a perfect fried egg. If I could I’d name all the staff as they are professional and friendly all the way from the door man even the temporary construction workers. Do go enjoy a drink at their rooftop bar

I recently stayed at Parc21 Luxury Boutique Hotel, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, situated in city center making it perfect for exploring the area. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful lobby, rooftop pool ,gym and much more.

I booked the newly opened Joya Hotel by chance during this business trip, and it turned out to be the biggest surprise. My first impression was how spacious the room was! It wasn't cramped at all; I could easily spread my suitcase out. All the facilities were brand new, making it very comfortable to use. The owner was incredibly kind, and the staff were always there for me. When we returned in the evening, they even invited us to the lobby for a cup of hand-drip coffee, and we had a very pleasant chat. Considering such excellent conditions and thoughtful service, I can only describe the price as ”unbeatable.” Next time I'm in this city, this will be my go-to hotel!

Amazing
GGuest UserThe building boasts a beautiful French colonial style, and I constantly saw people taking photos there during my stay, which speaks to its picturesque appeal. While the room was quite small, it was well-equipped, and the bedding – especially the duvet and pillows – was incredibly soft and comfortable. The food at the hotel's in-house cafe on the ground floor was also very tasty. The location is absolutely unbeatable, with a variety of international restaurants and upscale spas all within easy reach.

Amazing
GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel for 3 days and can only praise it. The hotel is very quiet in a side street, but you can still get to the city centre quickly. The grounds are very well maintained and beautifully landscaped, with a large pool and a green garden. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they gave us lots of tips for excursions. The room was very clean, comfortably and stylefully furnished. A highlight was the breakfast, which you can order anytime between 6am and 8pm. There was a large selection of fresh and delicious food. I felt very comfortable in this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. I give the hotel 5 out of 5 stars.

TTW2024Opposite AEON 1 for nice shopping and eating. There are 3 AEON malls in Phnom Penh now. Tuktuk booked via an app costs 6,000 Riels to Night Market. The Reception lady is so sweet. She booked me a tuktuk and I paid by cash directly to the driver. Thank you very much. From my memory Reception staff doesn’t work from 3am to 8am. Room is large and things are made from high quality materials. I love the pool on 41th floor. Breathtaking river views and city views up there. The restaurant is on the same floor so we walked pass it to use the pool. No other guests were there when both of us swam. Pool opens from 7am. Small changing room and toilet are near the pool. Fitness Room is on 7th floor. High quality and great services. No one was there when we worked out. After the guest finishes using the walking machine and sweats, a male staff comes to wipe the machine. Very good! Towels are readily available for guests to use both in the Fitness Room and Pool. The checked in and out were smooth. They returned the 50 USD deposit in both USD and Riel. In other cities, a room like this often costs 70 USD. Here the price is very good. The building is Celeste Building opposite Sofitel and AEON and we walked through it to the next building to see SF Hotel table in the corner. Excellent value for money. Btw it was Caesar Hotel before so room amenities and towels have that brand. Room is a bit wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Air con takes a long time to cool the room as they has a cover in front of it to avoid direct air flow to the bed. Carpeted walk way from elevator to the rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and wish to come back to swim again.

GGuest UserFrom check-in to check-out, there is no explanation in the room, no one cleans the room, the toilet paper is gone, I have to buy it myself, short stay is OK, long stay is not recommended, take out the garbage and fumble by myself, can only call, must also have English communication, it is very inconvenient

GGuest UserGood food quality is proportional to the price of food. Accommodation is also acceptable. The Barcelona Hormone Hotel is also a good choice, but most of my outings are not within the hotel area, so the facilities are not used.

AAmnaSidI booked a female only dorm but I guess there weren't any females so the rooms were all given to guys and there was some lack of communication between partners maybe. I knew from other reviews that there are no air conditioners in the dorms, which is understandable given the price, so the young guys, looked like teenagers were resting shirtless and got surprised when I walked in 😂. I decided not to stay, but it would be cool to practice the martial art lessons offered here. The guy at the desk refunded me and also covered my tuktuk cost to the next hotel I booked.
