The location is great, 3km or 10 min by car to airport. The hotel design looks like Bali Island or Puket. The Room is big and decoration is nice. Breakfast is good, Cambodian Noodle and Western Breakfast. Staff are friendly. There are some modern coffee shops at outside of Hotel. There is a Supermarket which accepts WeChat Pay. A Traditional market is behind the hotel. I walked around the hotel and do not feel any safety problems. 地點非常好　距離機場　不到１０分鐘路程　酒店設計類似巴厘島布吉島的酒店　房間很大裝飾典雅　很有度假的感覺　早餐很豐富　有傳統的柬埔寨米綫也有西式的早餐　酒店附近有時尚的咖啡店和超市　超市可以接受微信支付　附近也有傳統的市集　走在外面沒有安全的問題。　

A very pleasant and comfortable resort in Phnom Penh. The lush greenery, colorful flowers, serene ponds, and inviting swimming pool create a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast selection is very good as well, and it would be even better if the menu could change daily to give guests more variety to enjoy.

It was great experience with VM Hotel, Bomi the sales and service man, contacted me before boarding, asked for airport pick up and have already check my name in the Hotel to the complimentary fruits and service. It was nice to stay in VM Hotel with such supports.

Delicious breakfast - the children were delighted!. Very polite and helpful service. The facility is located near the airport, so if your plane leaves early in the morning or arrives late at night, it is an excellent accommodation base. Only the corridors are already suitable for renovation. The view from the balcony of the daily life of the residents.

The environment is okay, and the prices here are very cheap. You can eat downstairs. There is a snack street in the alley next to it. It is very lively at night and there is a vegetable market in the morning.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner.

Impeccable. The bed is soft and comfortable, and a good night's sleep begins from then on. The bathroom facilities are complete, the hot water supply is sufficient and stable, and the toiletries are of high quality and fragrant. The food in the hotel restaurant is even better. The rich and varied breakfast is both nutritious and delicious, and every bite is full of the taste of home. At dinner time, the chef's superb cooking skills are amazing. Whether it is local specialties or classic popular dishes, they are all delicious and satisfy the diverse needs of taste buds. The hotel has a unique geographical location, convenient transportation around, and is close to many popular attractions and commercial centers. Traveling is extremely convenient, which greatly saves travel time and allows me to enjoy the city more. It is particularly worth mentioning that the hotel staff always maintains a warm and friendly service attitude. No matter when and where, they can always respond to my needs in a timely manner and provide thoughtful and meticulous help, so that I can feel like a spring breeze in a foreign land.

All good except for a particular approach to customer’s finances. I asked them for anti diarrhea medication and hotel staff said that they didn’t have it but they could buy it for me. They sent a security man upstairs but we couldn’t communicate. I used a translation software to say that I wanted one box. They left and never came back. Later I found that he needed money from me to buy the medication. Seriously??? The hotel didn’t have few measly dollars to use to buy the meds?? And then of course add this money to out hotel bill. They had our 20 dollar deposit anyway. Not good to offer help and then screw it up.

Very good accommodation, spacious room, close to the airport, good reception staff, good answers, close to food sources, can order food delivery, complete facilities

Perfect for an early flight. $2 away by tuk-tuk from the airport and 5 minutes the most Around there are mostly Chinese places to net. The staff was helpful. I think that while I was here, there were not a lot of guests because it was very quiet. The restaurant prepared me an early breakfast 😀
