The most uncomfortable bed. It was hard like sleeping on the floor. Bed linen was rough and uncomfortable. Request for even 1 hour late check out costs 50% of thr room rates which is totally ridiculous.

I’m actually a repeat gest of this hotel, probably 4-5 times in my stay in Phnom Penh. I can say this hotel is worth visiting for a person who would like to try and get experience in Japanese culture like room equipment, amenities, and facilities, the big point is Japanese breakfast! It’s surprisingly nice and authentic taste.

I stayed for two nights. The hotel felt old, but the service was good. The drinks in the fridge were free. The laundry washer and dryer were free to use 24 hours a day. (Detergent was also provided.) Unfortunately, I wanted to try the large public bath, but didn't. It seemed to be mainly for male guests. Women were only allowed for two hours from 11pm. I wish they would have thought a little more about allocating the time. Instead, I got a massage at short notice. It was just for my feet, but it felt great and was wonderful. Thank you very much. The hotel was better than I expected.

The service is excellent and responsive. The front desk can speak Japanese. The Japanese breakfast tastes good. There are also some authentic Japanese restaurants near the hotel. The hot spring bath and massage are also great for relaxation.

It is a very comfortable place for Japanese people to stay.

I live in Singapore. I was looking for a hotel with a bathtub because I live in a room with only a shower, and I found a hotel with an open-air bath. The hotel's open-air bath was really nice, and I had the best experience while in Phnom Penh. The only disappointment was that the women-only time was late at night. When I asked the front desk, they told me that the ratio of customers was almost all male, so it was only for men. I protested about that, but in the end the open-air bath was so good that it was fine. There were also many types of breakfast to choose from, and they were all elaborate, so I had a hard time deciding. I chose Japanese food, and the salted mackerel was better than the one I had in Japan. I was also surprised that I could watch Japanese channels on TV. I was able to watch it in real time, so I stayed up late watching it. I was so relaxed that I forgot I was in Phnom Penh.

A very Japanese-style hotel, clean, attentive service, and very cost-effective. The breakfast set menu has many varieties and good quality. The location of the hotel is very good. It is not far from the palace and other attractions.

The lymphatic meat used for breakfast. The service attitude of the girl at the front desk was very unfriendly. The breakfast was unhygienic. You had to order the food. There were not many choices for the self-service drinks and fruits, especially the fruits.

It had been a while since I last traveled abroad, but the staff spoke Japanese, so I contacted the front desk and they quickly responded to anything I needed, such as arranging an early morning airport transfer. It was also nice that it had an open-air bath.
