We booked a bed for 4 people, but I was the only one in the room when I checked in that day. There is a restaurant downstairs in the youth hostel. The rooms are on the 4th floor and can only be reached by climbing the stairs. It is a very high floor and I couldn't catch my breath after climbing.
The lively *** bar in Phnom Penh is right at the doorstep and it is very close to the river, which is very convenient.

Nice furnishing, beds are wide and comfortable, common areas with space to work if necessary. Very central location near the riverside.
Just a bit noisy at night and shower water becomes Vera quickly hot, with no option of cold water.

Bed was not cleaned at all.despite having literally 1 other guest in my 10 bed dorm. As it's on a bit of a nightlife street, it was loud until around 1-2am from the hostesses next door shouting for customers

It's located near the River and convenient location near the street with restaurants and bars. There's also a 7/11 nearby.
Just that there's no elevator, so you have to use the stairs and lift your luggage.
