At first, I checked in and walked in with my boyfriend. The reservation clearly stated in the note that I requested a king/queen bed, but the staff asked if I wanted a twin bed room. 😒 The staff should have checked before asking. When I arrived at the room, I tapped the card and opened the door and went in. I didn’t think much of it, but when I was about to leave the room, the door could not be locked because I knew that the battery was out, so I quickly asked the staff to come and change the battery. This is not okay. Why don’t they check the room before letting customers check in? This is very dangerous because anyone can open the door while we are in the room. As for the hotel breakfast, it was breakfast + a little bit of Thai food. The taste was normal, but after eating it, I got food poisoning. Both me and my boyfriend had severe diarrhea and threw up, so we couldn’t go out. We were sick for almost a week before we recovered. This was really bad. It ruined the mood of our trip. I was sure it was hotel food because I hadn’t eaten anything before the hotel breakfast. I was still feeling good until 3-4 hours after eating the hotel breakfast, I got sick. The only thing I like about the hotel is its location.
