Spa Hotels in Phillip Island

Very basic motel- not good enough even for that. I usually don't mind a basic motel, that is if everything works and it is comfortable. The heating didn't work properly and we struggled to keep the chill off the air in the room. The two beds in the room had one blanket each -winter you would think there would be more. In the cupboard there was only one spare blanket for one bed. The outside lights were on all night and the window coverings were unable to keep out the light, especially the window above the door. There was nothing to wash the dishes with even though the sign in the room advised you'd have to wash your dishes (BTW I don't have an issue with washing my dishes). I only booked this motel because there was nothing else available. Definitely would not stay here again.

We were in a king room which was one of the most spacious I have ever been in. Very comfortable and well appointed. Clean without heavy perfumes. One street back from the beach. Would highly recommend. However, the king rooms were at the top of a steep staircase and I couldn't remember being told that in advance. Could have been a problem if we couldn't do the stairs.

just off the main road and well maintained resorts. saw a lot of families with kids playing around.

This is a really lovely apartment. So close to the shops, all of Cowes attractions and the beautiful beach. Very spacious and a great balcony, pool and spa. Unfortunately we had a leak in the toilet but I am going to email management. One flight of stairs to the second level where our apartment was. Very impressed and would stay again. A few more toilet rolls would have been nice and a few packets of washing powered rather than the one but the supermarkets are five minutes away.

We stayed 3 nights in the ”Gate House” at Oak Tree Lodge and it was absolute paradise. Max and family have thought of everything; a huge amount of thought has gone into the decor, location, amenities and garden. The living areas were fantastic - with beautiful spots to curl up with a book both inside and outside - and having a luxe king-size bed to collapse into at night was sensational. Rhyll itself is gorgeous - tiny and calm and relaxed, with amazing fish and chips and a lovely restaurant, all within walking distance. The Rhyll General Store is probably a 3 minute walk from the Oak Tree Lodge too, but the town of Cowes is only a quick drive away. Phillip Island's other amazing attractions are all easy to get to as well (and since we didn't see them all, we will have to come back and stay at Oak Tree Lodge again!) Max and family were lovely. Max was very responsive and went over and above to ensure we enjoyed every aspect of our stay! Absolutely delighted with our time at Oak Tree Lodge. I think this is probably the most perfect accommodation in the most perfect little hamlet in Victoria!
