Best bang for the price
This place I rate 5 stars on every level. The staff, the room , the location all were amazing . Oh and most of all the price . The price for such a clean great room was amazing . When I come back to Sint Martin I will definitely be staying here again …

A nice boutique hotel in the centre of Philipsburg, close to everything including the Carnival Village, the beach, shops, restaurants and eating tents and a short drive to touristic Simpson Bay and Cole Bay. The room was quite spacious with dining area, microwave and small refrigerator, also hot water all the time in the shower. The staff was nice and friendly, except for one cleaning lady who didn't care to say hello nor to acknowledge you and say bye when leaving the room to tell you she's finished. She was quite rude frankly. Other than that, all other staff nice and welcoming. The only bad thing is, had to pay utilities charges at check in which was not advertised online during booking. I was under the impression that all was paid when booking. It was not a problem to pay, but the fact that this information was not provided beforehand so you knew exactly what you'd be paying.

My husband and I were very happy with Alicia's Inn - it was exactly what we needed, affordable, very clean, close to the beach, restaurants, and cruise pier (10-15 minute walk to the cruise pier). In addition, Morlene and Barbara were so very friendly and fantastic. And prior to my stay, they were prompt with answering any questions I had. Definitely would stay here again, and would highly recommend! Thank you Moreen (spellig?) and Barbara!!

I STAYED AT ALICIA INN FOR A WEEKEND OMG IT WAS THE BEST THEY SET UP A DECORATION FOR MY DAUGHTER BIRTHDAY WHICH WAS LOVELY..WE CAME TOO ALICIA AS GUEST AND LEAVE AS FAMILY...DEFINITELY IS A SHOPPING AREA I DEFINITELY BE BACK SOON..It NEAR TO EVERYTHIN

Comfortable beds. Very clean. A lovely welcome from Barbara and Marlene. Right in the centre of Phillipsburg yet a quiet position. Very little daylight into the room but we only used it to sleep in. Good WiFi. Barbara was able to arrange a taxi to the port. Recommend the Greenhouse and Chesterfields on the waterfront for dinner.

If you're looking for a nice, affordable place you can't do better. Alicia's is a nice, secure building with super friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. The location is great if you want to be near the Boardwalk for an easy walk to restaurants and shopping, but don't want to be in the middle of all the noise and bustle - especially when there are several cruise ships in port.

We are somewhat handicapped and stairs, no elevator present a challenge. Otherwise! Sherry helped with the luggage, called for taxi, and recommended a great place to eat, the Green House.
