Sosuite at French Quarters - Rittenhouse Square

Great location, a lot of space. You feel like you get your moneys worth !

My new hotel when I visit Philly! It’s a fun area, and the room had a lot of great amenities for light sleepers like myself.

Lovely unit, impossible to sleep. I enjoyed the convenience and quality of the property so much that I recommended it to a colleague and booked a second time. I am so disappointed to say that I would not book here again. Table-stakes of accommodations is that one should be able to sleep. It was impossible to do so. Before my second stay, a night club/lounge moved into the basement space directly below the unit I was in, making noise and vibrations until late into the evening. I understand that Sosuite cannot prevent a night club from doing business, but they must be able to provide at the very least the ability to sleep. Customer service was not very helpful. Instead of offering to change units to another floor, or offering me some sort of credit, I was told it was out of their control. I am truly sad and disappointed.

Home away from home at Sosuite you feel you are home. The suite is comfortable, clean and private. It is in the heart of shopping in Philadelphia. I highly recommend Sosuite.

My husband and I went here for two nights stay and absolutely loved everything about the location, the suites themselves and the surroundings of Rittenhouse Square. There’s a farmers market that we checked out on Saturday morning and our location was close to old city and all the historic landmarks in Philadelphia. There were also really amazing restaurants, coffee spots, shopping around our hotel. The suites have a fully stocked kitchen and laundry machines- they also left snacks and a bottle of wine for us! Another thing I absolutely love about So Suites is that their check-in and checkout process is completely digital and they offer prompt Customer Service via text during your stay. Which means no waiting in line to the concierge desk etc. I personally can’t wait to go back and recommend staying here if you’re going to Philadelphia! I stayed at Sosuite French Quarters while on a business trip. The room was actually an entire one bedroom apartment with ample space to work, take zoom calls, cook meals and relax in the evening. The staff was incredibly responsive to my inquiries and accommodated all my requests. And the location truly unbeatable! All in all, 10/10.
