My husband and I recently stayed here...after a phillies game. There was a SIMPLE mix up in our reservation that one employee could not fix ...and then Rosilda saved the day! Rosilda also came to our aide with needed items for the room( decaf and toiletries). She made our stay! I hope the hotel appreciates her..we do! We'll stay again..and hope Rosilda is on the job! Nice room and the food at the sports bar was good!

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful! A special shout out to Rosilda at the front desk who helped us book a second night when we decided to extend our stay! She explained everything thoroughly and treated us like old friends! Thanks again Rosilda! The room was also very clean and quiet!

We love live! The hotel staff is top notch, especially Cesca and Makayla, they are amazing! Only thing I didnt like was that there was no place to get my shoes shined, I had to do it myself😬 We cant wait to come back, hopefully really soon. Oh, and Joe the bellman was awesome, we’ll miss you guys!
