The breakfast room is beautiful. The front desk service is very good and very serious. I changed my change once, but I didn't expect to be so serious: there are banknotes of various denominations and they are neatly placed, which is not easy!

Beautiful room! Excellent service! Everyone who works there was lovely, efficient and cheerful. Amazing afternoon tea and cookies in the lobby. Easy walk to restaurants. Good breakfast. Highly recommend.

We had the most amazing 2 night stay at The Rittenhouse Hotel over Memorial Day Weekend. We knew we were in for an exceptional weekend the minute we were warmly greeted by the Doormen and stepped into the beautiful lobby. We stayed in 2 gorgeous 2 bedroom suite with 2 1/2 baths, honestly it was the nicest suite we have ever stayed in and was HUGE with windows overlooking Rittenhouse Square. My son spent almost all of his time when in the room sitting on the window sill taking in the scenery. Everyone was gracious, warm and friendly but some standouts were Gregg (Managing Director), Kai - nothing was too much trouble for him and he had fantastic suggestions and always a big smile, and Chris in Concierge. Special shout out to Chris for coming to our rescue in the hotel Jag when we got stranded after mistakenly getting on the wrong Hop On/Hop Off bus. The hotel is the absolute perfect location and we loved strolling through Rittenhouse Square just steps outside the hotel. Can't wait to go back!

My recent stay at the Rittenhouse was absolutely perfect! The room and amenities are top notch, with all the staff equally amazing. The bathroom with the separate area for the toilet, an amazing tub, and the walk in shower was so convenient. The sal water pool was refreshing on these hot July days. I enjoyed that daily after exploring the city. The view of the park was an added pleasure. The room is large and feels like home- a very nice home! This is definitely a luxury hotel but with a welcoming, not pretentious feeling. The sincere care from the staff was always evident. I look forward to another stay at the Rittenhouse when visiting Philadelphia.

We have stayed in top-end hotels all over the world and the Rittenhouse was one of the nicest we have stayed in. It is elegant throughout without being off-putting. Our suite was roomy, with comfortable furniture suitable to a guest's needs. Plenty of space to store clothing in dressers & closets. Adequate no. of towel racks in bathroom, which seems to be rare in good hotels these days. Staff were friendly and helpful.
