Don’t book for the pool. Pool hasn’t been opened in what looks like months. So disappointed with this place. Will not be staying here again.

Decent hotel in a really good area to bars and restaurants but horrible service. As you arrive it takes 10-15 minutes to be greeted by valet not to mention the $65 parking fee. Then when you finally are greeted you get your valet ticket and the attendant says show this to someone at valet and we’ll grab your car for you. We arrived at 10:30 am and left our bags in the car because check in was at 3:00 and we wanted to tour the city. Got back at 2:00 pm to get our bags and when we asked valet to bring our car around the attendant wouldn’t bring the car instead he wanted us to get in someone else’s car and go with him to get our bags and drive back. Very strange. After finally getting our bags and checking in we get into our room and realize we don’t have a fitted sheet on our bed, just the mattress cover then a top sheet and then comforter. No big deal all we had to do was ask the front desk for a fitted sheet. Well come to find out according to the front desk they don’t have fitted sheets at all in the hotel ( not to mention the mattress was disgusting and the mattress cover kept coming off as we were sleeping) after checking out I called back a day later to see if that was a thing and maybe get free parking since we had had a terrible experience thus far. Well not only did we not get comped our parking they only gave me back half of my security deposit. Safe to say I will not be staying here again

They are so nice!! The shuttle service comes fast & they accommodate to anything! The nicest lady ever helped us named Kemani! She’s a sweet girl & always willing to help! The rooms were clean. They also helped us find restaurants around here. Thank you so much Kemani & other staff!!!

Worst experience ever!! They are supposed to have a complimentary shuttle but o have been waiting 45+ minutes and all the other hotel shuttles have come and gone. Also the girl doesn’t answer their phone! Have called reservations and was told to download the app??!!! After a long day traveling Bomvoy has really let me down!

My Son was denied checking in, so I have requested a refund from *******. Terrible situation by ******* behaviour. I will be posting automatic reviews on ******* that will take place every week.

Easy shuttle from airport. Property staff is very friendly. Check in was easy. Appropriate for 3 star as many things appear broken (elevator handles), carpet with stains, etc.
