The lobby was dirty. A long line waited for check in. The hall carpets smelled musty and stale. Employees stood directly by the lobby door for their cigarette morning breaks blowing smoke on everyone. Check in girls gave no eye contact to customers.

The front desk staff was very nice. We arrived early and rested in the lobby. Once the room was cleaned, we checked in immediately. It is very close to the airport, very convenient, and there is an airport shuttle bus.

This was a hotel I attended for an overseas conference, but the reception at check-in was unfriendly, and bugs came out of the room, so I had to change the room. It was a business trip with many inconveniences.

Location is close to airport and with free shuttle bus which is good and easy to access hotel and airport. Other than that there’s NOT a name reputation of Sheraton.
Room was not as clean as other Sheraton hotels, even no trash bag in trash can, stayed two nights but the room keys doesn’t work at second day need to change a new one

While the hotel itself was a bit outdated and I experienced some issues with my bathroom, I have to give major credit to Shydai W., Channe C., and Makayla C. These three young ladies went above and beyond to turn my stay around. Their customer service was top-tier—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to helping guests feel welcome and comfortable. They worked hard to resolve the issues quickly and professionally, and their positive attitudes made a lasting impression. Thanks to them, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a memorable one. They are true assets to the Four Points team!

Arrived to find out that the hotels AC was malfunctioning and that our room was humid and hot. They made no effort to inform me of this in advance and put us in the difficult position of having to find other accommodations. Despite agreeing to a full refund of the pre-payment due to the circumstances they charge my card for the room anyway. The rooms and hallways are worn and not well maintained.

This is not a good hotel. Avoid even if it is for a short stay. Expensive for what it offers! Not clean. Terrible breakfast, poor quality. I would not recommend this hotel.
