The evening receptionist was terrible. We registered two people when we made the reservation, and the room only had one free bottle of water. We asked for another, but the receptionist said they don't offer free water! We asked her about the bottle of water in the room, and she said it might have been left by another guest or the waiter! The best person in the hotel is the lady who cleans the room. The African American at the front desk has a terrible attitude. She is racist and laughs at customers. The hotel deducts money for no reason and steals the customer's credit card and refuses to admit it. It's a very bad experience.

Very nice hotel, the room is big, very good location. This is my second time staying in this hotel. Although only one night this time , I enjoyed very much. The front desk helper is very helpful. We already checked out, but we are not leaving until late afternoon, I asked them for a room for a short stay because my son has audition in the afternoon, they gave us a very nice room to stay and practice, which is really helpful.
