I booked this hotel mainly because it was new and I thought it would be cleaner. The transportation is relatively inconvenient, so you need to take a taxi or drive yourself. The experience is not very good. There is no restaurant. There is a free hot water and coffee at the front desk, but the kettle is very small and there is almost no hot water. Because we arrived early for the visit (10 o'clock), we wanted to leave our luggage at the front desk and wait until we came back to check in. The front desk said that it is easy for people to take it away if we leave it here, and we can choose to check in early for an additional $50. For safety, I paid the money and checked in early to the room facing the elevator (the sound insulation is very poor and noisy). The vending machine at the front desk could not recognize the $5 bill, and there was no place to swipe the credit card. I tried many times but couldn't solve the problem of buying mineral water. Finally, I bought food at the second snack vending machine first, and the change was finally used in the machine to buy water. The next day, I checked out and stored my luggage with the same Chinese front desk. This time I could write my name and put it in storage. I really want to say thank you. I went to several hotels and suites on this visit, but this one gave me a particularly bad feeling 👎. By the way, the air conditioner will turn off automatically, and I was woken up by the cold for no reason. There were red and yellow stains on the towels...
